The customer service was good. I was greeted when I walked into most of the areas. I easily found a representative for assistance, but they were out of stock for the light I needed and did not have it online.

Look for a leaf blower, so I asked the associate, and they explained that it doesn't come with batteries sold separately. The other combo comes with battery plus codeless string trimmer. Combo was a lot cheaper than buying just the leaf blower.
