Customer service is terrible and the employees could be more friendly and attentive... never anyone around when you need to get an item... because everything is locked up, but whatever you're just browsing and don't want to be bothered all the sudden, someone appears to ask if you're finding everything ok... I'm always feeling like I'm being profiled and watched ....as bad as Northtown but just barely and they don't honor their military discount for ANY YELLOW TAG items... I only go here cause it's close... Home Depot and online is the way to go!!!

I was looking for items for some small projects I was working on. I couldn’t find anything on my own. I met Angelo and he worked with me helped find everything I needed. A few days later Jacob helped me match paint and Annalisa helped me with getting copies of keys. I’m truly impressed at the level of help I received. I will be visiting this location again for sure

Don't shop here don't work here. I see how they get into manager positions and stay there . Very unprofessional. Worst experience I've had as a shopper an employee. Poor leadership skills poor managing skills.

Tired of having to scan everything myself while lazy employees stand around doing nothing but wear a mask. Customers used to be greeted with a smile, now its a grumpy person in a mask.
What do the customers get for doing all the work? Higher prices and poor service, it seems.
Little do the employees realize, they're helping Lowes put them out of a job.

Excellent outdoor plants but PLEASE Get some new houseplants! It’s always the same kind and nothing new. There’s so many plant varieties you could be ordering. The selection is awful. Bring in some pink princess and white knight philodendrons. More Hoyas would be great. Every place around here has better selection then this place.
