Great customer service!! We called ahead to see if they had the wood floor transition in the color we needed to replace a broken one. Thompson checked the back and confirmed they had one in stock. He even went the extra mile and had it pulled out behind the counter when we arrived. Super helpful and answered any questions we had. They have a great selection of wood flooring at reasonable prices. We will be returning when we are ready to replace the rest of our flooring. Thanks for all your help Thompson!

Buy at your own risk! Installation done by their crew, product of lowest quality possible, warped planks and so on, they don't honor any warranty, money in the trash!

Friendly, helpful and the best pricing that we found. Thompson listened to what we were looking for and was able to get us what we needed of the job. We got the installation done and love the result. We will definitely go back if we have another project.

Very disappointed with the product, instalation and lack of caring about their client by not trying te help us understand what would be best for our needs! We found out later by a friend we could have got better product , service and instalation alot cheaper! We did finally get a small discount on the price due to the instalation but still very disappointed.
