This gym has been nothing but irritating since I joined. They often raise prices without notice, going up $50 ish per year, this has happened for me and 3 other people I know who go to this gym. Often times if there are classes every machine and squat rack will be taken and the teacher are very aggressive about their being classes going on and you ARE NOT allowed in the area. I have even had a lifetime class teacher speak to me so poorly and treat me with no respect while I was in the middle of a workout (some some with a tribal print tattoo sleeve). So either learn the exact class schedule and remember it by heart or prepare to be yelled at and be upset for the rest of your workout. Policies constantly change, they have no loyalty to long time members and overall just a cash grab.
Even though this gym has a waitlist, it is EQUALLY as busy as LVAC, EOS and other larger gyms in the area if not more busy. There are still younger teenage children wearing their pajama pants and crocs to workout and not any better than many other lower priced gyms in the area. They do offer decent amenities which you typically have to pay extra to add but if you have the money they could potentially be nice, but not for me.
There is also 1 lady in the cafe who has 0 customer service abilities and has given me bad experiences for months. Does not greet you when you walk up or say anything to us, she will just stare at us until we say hi or start our order and her smoothies never taste as good as other workers in the cafe.
Would not go here and consider some other larger more locally owned gyms with cheaper monthly fees and less people! For $320 a month + a $200 start up fee you would expect a little more hospitality and flexibility.

Prices continue to go higher, and I understand some of the complaints I see. Recently, I’ve seen significant improvement in most aspects, especially the equipment. However, I would say they still are “cheap” in some aspects. My mother has had to cancel her membership, as she works day shifts, and she can only access the gym during the night. It used to be a 24 hour gym, but after the pandemic (seems like they used it as an excuse) it closes at 12. That being said, if they were to fix that issue, it would be an even better gym than it already is.

This gym is pretty great. Aside from all the amenities and space, what makes this gym stand out are the employees. Every great business knows that if you invest in your team, you will have greater success. With that said, I’d like to give a special shout out to Ryan, yoga teacher, who puts on one of the best classes I’ve ever attended. Super dynamic, fun & effective, and just a cool dude. Secondly, Sammy who holds down the men’s room, is such a friendly, hard worker that really lifts everyone up. These fellas have wonderful energy and are greatly appreciated. With that said, I kindly and respectfully request for them to be considered for a pay raise. They deserve it. Thank you LT for all you do.

It's fun to go with the kids during the summer. The sauna and jacuzzis have been down a lot recently though. So sad :/

I recently got off a plane from Europe where I was doing charity work all of July. When I mentioned where and what it was, I was then told that they weren’t accepting new members.
Asked for a tour and he said no.
Thank you, I appreciate it

At first I loved this place, but after raising the membership cost SEVERAL times over the course of two years while simultaneously removing the perks that were once included when I originally signed up, and just a total lack of customer service, I decided to take my money elsewhere. One would think that paying an obscene amount of money for a luxury gym they would have higher expectations of their employees and uphold a standard that showed they actually value your business.. but they don’t sadly.

We absolutely love this place.
We just joined a month ago. It was $300 for my wife, $100 for me, and $70 for our 4-year-old for a total of $470 for the family and we thought it was a great deal!
We are here almost every day because our son loves to swim in the pool. At a time when every other gym is closing their pools due to not wanting to pay for lifeguards, LifeTime always has enough for us to feel safe both in their inside pool and outside pool.
The Saturday Parent's Nights are worth it alone! Just about every Saturday we drop our son off for 3 hours so we can go have a date night nearby. At $20 an hour for a babysitter, that's $240 a month we put towards... other spending at the gym, lol.
We probably spend an extra $200 a month here on food, snacks, drinks, etc. but it's comparable to what we get at FoodieFit and super convenient. Money we were spending on meals anyways.
Plus, an extra $100 a month for our son's swim lessons, but that was comparable to what we were paying at AquaTots.
The Tennis/Pickleball area is cool, and the employees are super friendly and helpful.
Coming here has become the default for our family every afternoon when previously it was sitting on the couch.
We're very happy LifeTime members and recommend it to all of our friends.

Person at front wouldn’t help my daughter and myself get a day pass to enter gym. Not accommodating. I have a membership, but found out today I have access at certain hours. I was not aware. He wouldn’t let me access even if I paid.
Edited to ask: thank you “ owner” for responding. How can I get in contact with your team directly?

For nearly 300$ a month, machines broken for weeks. Dirty sauna. Broken tiles in steam room. Dirty showers.

Went to get a membership today for my wife, daughter and myself. They only wanted to give me pricing, said they didn’t have anyone to give us a tour. For the prices they are charging, you’d think they’d have enough staff to show new clients around. I expect that type of services at a crappy club but not one that charges what they do. I guess it wasn’t meant to be. ??

Switches mens and women's locker rooms and when some females leave their stuff in the lockers overnight. Female staff members just tell them to "just go in real quick". Which is a double standard, because I can certainly guarantee that if a male walked into the temporary female one, and saw naked women it would be an issue. Absolutely poor management.
