Lauren was incredible! She recently helped us find our dream home, and we couldn’t have done it without her. We were moving from out of state, and with my husband being a pilot and frequently away for work, most of the house hunting fell to me. I wanted to hit the ground running and have viewings lined up as soon as we arrived.
We had a tight three-month window to find a house while staying in a furnished rental, so time was not on our side. Unfortunately, most of the realtors we’d dealt with before Lauren wasted the limited time my husband was home by giving excuses and not showing us quality properties or neighborhoods. Many didn’t take us seriously because we were using a VA loan, which made no sense as we were pre-approved, had a down payment ready, and were eager to buy.
I was getting discouraged, feeling like we’d never find the right home. It became clear that the issue wasn’t us—it was that we didn’t have the right agent. The realtors we’d worked with previously weren’t really listening to our needs or goals for our forever home.
Thankfully, I found Lauren through a Facebook post where I was looking for a new realtor. Out of the hundreds who reached out, Lauren stood out with her friendly, professional, and non-pushy message. She even shared some helpful blogs she had written about the area we were interested in, which made me feel like she truly cared.
After a brief chat online, Lauren called me, and we immediately hit it off. Her warm, empathetic personality was exactly what I needed during such a stressful process. Despite her busy schedule, she made time to show me homes right away, knowing how much time we had already wasted with other agents and how close we were to our lease expiring.
We were particularly interested in the Henderson area, and Lauren's knowledge of the area was impressive. She didn’t just show us homes; she gave us thorough neighborhood tours, even introducing us to areas we hadn’t considered. Her expertise was invaluable, especially since we were completely new to the region.
Lauren came prepared for every viewing with detailed property printouts and copies for us to take notes on, which made keeping track of everything so much easier. What really set her apart from other realtors was that she truly had our best interests at heart. She cared about finding the perfect home for us, not just making a sale.
With new laws affecting how realtors are compensated, especially with VA loans, we encountered some agents who were less than trustworthy. But Lauren was the exact opposite—completely honest, transparent, and thrilled to work with military veterans and accommodate my husband’s busy schedule. She made us feel valued every step of the way.
Her communication and responsiveness were exceptional, always getting back to us quickly and keeping us updated. Lauren made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better agent. We love our new home so much! Thank you Lauren!!

If you're looking for a real estate agent, Lauren Paris is the one you want. I give her my highest recommendation. After going through six different agents, we were fortunate to find Lauren. She is extremely diligent, hardworking, and trustworthy. With two decades of experience in Las Vegas real estate, she will find the perfect home for you.
Lauren was always attentive to our needs and goals. Every time we viewed a property (and there were many!), she came prepared with detailed printouts for each house, having done her homework on both the property and the surrounding neighborhood.
Communication and response time were very important to us, and Lauren was always on the ball. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Through a coworker's referral, we were introduced to Simply Vegas, and our future agent Lauren Paris. Her knowledge of the city of Henderson was impressive, and made our property search a very brief one. She extensively researched the communities we wanted to view, and we found our brand new home within a few days.
We are from outside the Las Vegas area, so naturally had concerns about handling a real estate transaction by long distance. Fortunately, Lauren is very experienced at working with buyers in this situation. She was in close contact with us at all critical stages of the process, including final walkthrough.
She also was incredibly helpful interacting with home inspectors and contractors in our absence.
We couldn't be more pleased with the result! We would recommend her without reservation to anyone interested in purchasing real estate in the Las Vegas area.

Lauren too excellent care of my clients as they sold their home in Las Vegas in order to move to Texas. She went over and above to help get their home in the best condition possible. If you’re looking for a realtor in Las Vegas, your search is over. Lauren Paris is top tier. Lauren has her pulse on the real estate market and during my hunt for a new home she presented me with options for resale homes and new construction homes within my search criteria. She really listened and presented the best options for my situation. Communication was awesome throughout the entire process. In the end, I settled on new construction and got my property well below asking price and also got more “incentives” than what the builder was offering. She was on sight for my home inspection, my walk through, and my closing to ensure the process moved along smoothly. Buying a home is an exciting yet stressful situation and having an expert like Lauren on your side every step of the way is a must. She has my highest recommendation. Thank you Lauren!

Lauren Paris makes dreams come true! What a great realtor, but a better human being. Lauren was referred to by my great friend Mike T. We used Lauren to buy our first home ever in Las Vegas. Her knowledge in the Vegas area is unparalleled compared to anyone else. We were ultimately looking for new builds as well as being very specific when it came to resale homes and Lauren was quick to find homes that were in our budget, size, and location. How do you buy a house or sell your house without Lauren Paris? I can't imagine doing either one without her. She helped me 5 years ago when I was buying my first house so it was only natural to have her sell it and help me find a new one. Not only did she make the process for selling my house easy she made the process of buying a new one just as easy. The house she helped me sell was the first house I ever bought and sold. She helped me stage it and it was sold less than 24 hours of her putting it on the market. She also knows all the best people for anything you need to have done in your house. Car drives through your back wall? She knows a great handyman to come board up the wall on the same day. Need a professional house cleaner, plumber, or even a hair stylist? She's got you. Lauren is the best! She cares about her clients and their residential needs. Why would you work with anyone else? I know I wouldn't! Lauren is my go to girl for real estate and she should be yours too!

Lauren has been an excellent agent! We stumbled across her accidentally when we rented her VRBO, and we're so glad we did. Not only did she help us find exactly what we were looking for, but she also helped light a fire under our Florida agent to get our closing done faster on the home we were selling so we could get closed on our new home sooner. Apart from that, she's lived in Henderson for many years and has great connections for anything/anyone you may need for work done in your home or finding doctors, veterinarians, shopping, etc. Can't recommend her more!

Lauren was exactly the agent that we needed to get our house sold quickly. After interviewing a handful of agents, we were impressed with the energy, commitment and market knowledge that Lauren provided. She had a dynamic game plan to market our unique property features to the right audience using the most up to date imaging. Lauren stepped in and staged portions of our empty house making it more inviting. She had resources available to help with landscaping and cleaning while the property was on the market, and even checked on the property frequently treating it as if it was her own.
