Blood drawn 5/17... no results sent to physician, had to cancel appt. Having blood work done with Quest for rescheduled Dr. appt. Won't be using Labcorp any time soon.

This was the worse visit I've ever had. Tech would not listen to me. After 66 years I know my body. I told her where to draw she couldn't find it , funny last ten times they did. I had to be stuck 3 times huge bruises . I told her do not do my hand it stops every time. Of course she won't listen to me sticks my hand it starts then stops. I told her, she yes but I got a little and it was the only place. For 3rd stick another tech comes in and gets it in my arm in 2 seconds, and no bruise or pain. Please tell your techs to listen to the patient, if you don't know how to do your job , quit.

Nice location. Easy b to get in. Expect a wait though if you show up in the morning. There is usually a crowd at that time.

Front desk was nice. I'm glad I came to this location. I seriously am a big baby when it comes to needles. Brianna was such a sweet heart!! Thank you for being nice and gentle!!

Seriously. Over a month out for morning appointments for fasting. If you show up as a walk-in probably 90 minutes plus to wait. You closed the office on lake mead and so everyone in Henderson now only has 2 offices to go to, so instead we have to travel an hour out of the way to go to a Walgreens for testing, ridiculous and you obviously have people by the throats since you know if we are putting up with this garbage you are our only insurance choice. If you relied on customer service you would be out of business.

It's the worst experience to go get ur baby blood work I'm not recommending this lob corp to any parents sorry for inexperienced lady she hurt my baby and not get in any blood from his arm

The staff was friendly and efficient. I arrived 20 minutes early and was checked in early. I was taken in at my scheduled time and out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall.

This has to be worst lab I've ever been to. Been there 3 times in one week and every visit horrible! The rudeness of the people that work there is unbelievable! Long story short, I was suppose to drop off a stool sample. Was told to put date and time on speciman container and drop it off. I went to drop off sample on my way to another Dr, as I'm dealing with Pancreas issues. Upon trying to drop it off, I'm told to check in. I told the lady at the desk that I was just dropping off sample like I was told to do. She again says I need to check in. I told her I had another appointment to be at. She really didn't care. I ended up leaving with the sample and had to throw it away in their dumpster in the parking lot! If you can go to Quest, then go to Quest! Unfortunately I can only go to labcorp with my insurance!

I didn’t have an appointment, so I planned on being here before 7 to wait in line. They opened the office a little early and I was out by 7:10. They are lightning fast! I will use this location from now on.

The waiting room is tight. You have to stay outside and wait. The appointment is 9:45 am, and it takes forever to get called in for the bloodwork. Averages 30 min. to 1 hr wait even with appointment. I am only in here because of my insurance limitations. Otherwise, i would still be using Quest Diagnostics. 1st and last time in this location, and no, thank you

I don't understand all the negative comments, I've never waited longer than 20 minutes for bloodwork either for myself or my Mom. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate patients. They have ALWAYS been awesome to us. Would never think of going somewhere else.
