Working with the Brenkus Team was a great experience! They bring years of experience and multiple team members to the deal to support you. Our home was previously listed with an agent, who unfortunately could not get it sold. Bri Brenkus called us to sell our house. We were doubtful considering we had a bad prior experience. However, after she shared her team and system with us, my husband and I decided to hire the Brenkus Team. Trent Brenkus, the Marketing Coordinator, did a video walkthrough with a drone and created an awesome video walkthrough.
We received multiple offers, and accepted an offer for only 1 week on the market. Letty, the Listing Manager, negotiated our house to be sold $30,000 over list price, had the buyers waive the appraisal, and a FREE 30 day rent back for us. Lesa, the Escrow Manager, was phenomenal throughout the closing process. Liz helped schedule all the showings. I would give ZERO Star. They got my property under contract quickly, however, completely a nightmare afterwards ! They showed that they knew nothing about property sales negotiations. I only found out that the buyer wanted to ask for credits at the last day of the contingency period. Pretty much everything is last minutes. They don’t really know what they are doing except faked marketing and dishonesty. They don’t let you cancel the listing agreement either.

Don't appreciate your unprofessional manner of SPAMMING my cell phone with your unsolicited phone calls asking about selling my home when I've expressed NO interest, NEVER made any contact to ANY realtor of any sorts, and had my time wasted by your inept sales people making cold calls. I'm on the DO NOT CALL registry, and yet your company felt compelled to contact me without permission. Definitely going to follow up on this one.

We were buyers, and (Lesa Wolf with Brenkus Network) was an absolute nightmare. After closing, our realtor could not reach or get ahold of Lesa because she was ignoring us. Lesa was supposed to remove the lockbox and give us the keys for the home that night after closing and deed was recorded. Well, after waiting 2 days of no responses from Lesa, and not being able to get ahold of her, we ended up drilling out the lock on our new house and installing new locks. It took several days for Lesa to come grab the Brenkus Team lock box and for sale sign. She didn't even knock on the door and sped right off in her car. This is what I extremely dislike about sales, they are there and great one minute to get that money and ghosted after the deal is closed and they secured their cash. This was a prime example of a real estate vulture. If you are buying a home, do your research.
