Horrible experience all the time. The customer service here stinks from manager down to employees. I will never come back here again. Being stressed out is not an excuse to not provide customer service. ReTraining is needed from management down at this location. It also does not help to over here employees complaining about the company they work for. You don't like your job please leave so someone else can provide the service that you lack the skills for. I believe I speak for all consumers that we should not pay for poor service! Update as of 12/23/23, we went back into the store today and was greeted with warm regards. The manager did come out and apologize for her behavior and her staff. It's all anyone want in this world is to be respected and treated with dignity. We accepted her apology and look forward to coming again.

Been a member for over 30 years but cancelling my account with them now due to POOR customer service we just received by Danae Nicholson the store manager and her district manager Michael Heywood!! Kay’s just ruined my daughter’s wedding by not honoring the coupon we forgot at home which is an hour and half drive away! We were there to purchase the other half of her ring and her fiance’s ring today but I guess you guys DON’T take care of your valued customers?? I’ve worked in customer service as a manager for over 30 years myself and I know there’s a way to TAKE care of your valued customers! Apparently that’s not Kay’s way! You all should be ashamed of your customer service especially this manager and her cocky attitude!

My sale rep is Yugoslavian, I didn't catch her name. She is very curtius, polite, and not pushy. Very professional.

I went in today to get my three rings checked and cleaned. As I walked to the counter Malida was there grabbing something from underneath the counter. She looked up at me with a not so nice face and said nothing and walked away. My advice, at least greet the customer and say "be right with you." Then Denae came over to help me. No greeting, no friendly smile at all either. Told her I needed my rings checked, she pulled grabbed the velvet then I laid my rings on it. She walked away with them and was literally back within 5 minutes. How is it possible that she checked all the small stones were there and cleaned them? Came back, gave me my rings, said nothing and only spoke after I said thank you. I advice you to view video of this interaction. It was between 10:30-1120a today 12/21. I've been a long time customer.. I've purchased many things and today I was treated badly. I felt judged and not valued as a longtime customer. I'd like a response to this, because I will not return until I know that someone has at least spoken to these employees. Why work in customer service if you're going to judge and be rude to customers..

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: When you drop thousands on jewelry, you expect service. You won't get that service here. Shop elsewhere. THE UGLY DETAILS: Retail jewelry stores are charging you a small fortune for stones that were mined for a few dollars per ton -- or mass-manufactured in a lab on-the-cheap. They mark product up by 300% to 1000% over what they paid to get it from whatever company that actually manufactured it. So what you are REALLY paying that roll of Bens for is (1) assurance of quality of product & (2) flawless customer service during & after-the-sale. When I was back East I dropped a lot of money at my local Kay Jewelers snagging up smaller gifts for lady friends. I also bought some nice jewelry for myself there. Indeed the quality was high and the service I obtained from the manager was stellar. Today I took one of those pieces of jewelry into this Kay unit asking for insurance estimate/appraisal paperwork for my insurance company. I arrived with all the paperwork, including the original Kay sale, listing the details on the stones and the precious metals. As well as an insurance estimate done AT THIS VERY KAY UNIT five years ago when I first arrived in Vegas (again at the request of my insurance company). First I had to wait 15 minutes to speak to the gemologist. Because she was tied-up saying 'no' about something to another customer (and his wife) regarding an item he had purchased. I heard him plainly say "I was not told that when I bought it. Had I been told that I would not have bought it." And so I already know it's not going to go well for me either. The gemologist hit me with a barrage of brush-off lines. Since I had replaced two stones in the jewelry, she said, it was no longer 'their product' and so they wouldn't do it, it's 'policy.' I have also handed her the paperwork for the two stones as well, the clarity, color, weight and cost. She can confirm the clarity, color & weight of those two stones with her scope in about 60 seconds. Then let the clerk do the paperwork. Then she says "what's wrong with the last estimate?" The insurance company has asked for an updated estimate, the price of precious metal is now much higher, and it has two different stones in it - so its value has changed, that's what wrong with it. Then it's "Why don't you take it to the place that put in the two stones?" Well what if they act like you and say, except for the two stones, that's not our product. Then she rattles off several other places in Vegas I could take it to get the paperwork. Again, she's just saying 'no' because she doesn't want to be bothered doing the work ... and is just jerking me to accept it and leave. Finally she tells me to go to Jared across the street, their "sister store," and they will take care of it. (Turns out, btw, Kay, Jared & Zales, all the same company.) Now, again, that was all BS. I know that because I heard the gemologist tell the clerk when she very-first handed her the jewelry that "We don't do appraisals." Period. BEFORE she knew any details or looked at the paperwork. But they plainly DO do such work as I literally have the receipts, the paperwork from where the former store manager did it five years ago. (And, anyway, who's enforcing a lack of managerial discretion about this 'policy' in the name of customer service, the Kay Secret Police?) No matter. What's she really saying is "EYE don't want to be bothered with insurance appraisals." I know walking out that the Jared spiel was just a ruse to get me to leave, but I was curious what the game would be over there, so I stopped in. It was an upsell for an appraisal that would be "prepaid, at least $100." Maybe more. That's to put a jeweler's loupe/scope on two stones to confirm the clarity, color & weight matches the paperwork. Get real. And an appointment for that, three weeks from now, no less. CONCLUSION: The ultra

dont support this company or store. no longer shopping here or any other guess stores ever again. not only were the staff rude and refusing service to us for not complying with unconstitutional request for putting on a mask as they have absolutely no legal ground to enforce anything. i will happily spend my hard earned money at a store o supports our freedoms.

I have been dealing with Kay Jeweler from Ft. Meyers, Florida to here in Henderson , Nv at the Galleria Mall. I have had a Ring that I bought back in 2013 and I always take it in every 6 months June and December faithfully and then when the Pandemic hit couldn't take it in to check it out. Kept saying can't do it yet. So finally I had this Young Lady Angunus probably didn't spell her name right I apologize at the Galleria Mall in Henderson and she's Pregnant going to have a baby in December Congratulations. Her Customer Service and politeness is out of this World. She took care of my Diamond Ring and another piece of jewelry that I wear that is close to my heart. I had a pendant necklace made out of my Wedding Ring, my 10th Wedding Anniversary Ring and my very first ring due to him passing after 24 years of Marriage of a Heart Attack and had open heart surgery. May he RIP Sam. This Lady is having my Pendant fix due the marque stone was loose and replacing the purple stone cause the other was chipped. The Customer Service is Outstanding and Thank You so much for politeness and caring of taking care of my Precious Piece of Jewelry. Keep up the Outstanding Customer Service.Thank You Gail Mondi

We ordered rings, we were promised they would be delivered within 10 days. After 17 day one ring was in, the other would be 2 months late.
