Very helpful staff! Jose could not sell me a part since I'm not a wholesaler, but he was able to point me in the right direction and even give me their phone number! Great customer service!

Rang and asked whether they carried Navien parts for a tankless water heater. Firstly the woman that answered didn't understand my question - all along there was someone listening in the background because I could hear him asking her questions to ask me. In the end it became a stupid three way conversation only to be "we sell wholesale only contractors". A complete wasted of time asking me questions but when I asked, they had no idea nor seemed to even consider advising me whether they had the parts in shop in order for my contractor to order. Absolutely pathetic customer service. I will ensure my contractor does NOT give them any business.
