Went last year for the annual. The guy that helped me was A1. Super professional and very nice. I have to go again tomorrow and I hope I get the same guy. No line and very fast. In and out.

The level of service depends on who you get. Some years great some years not so great. Last year it was fantastic in and out no problem. Year before that got in an argument over testing procedures for my 1969 Ford. Same 1969 Ford car a different person doing the test, could be no problem or a complete mess.Services: Emissions testing

I had a GREAT experience!! When I pulled in, Wesley came out and he was just AMAZING! I've never gotten my car smogged by myself before and he explained everything so well. He did it so fast and was clear about everything--I didn't have any questions!!I think the whole thing must've taken less than ten minutes. AND I got registered while I was there.There was no point I was confused about what would happen next and trust me, I am confused at just about everything at the moment. So I'm really glad Wesley was there to help me out. Five stars :)

Pulled up for a smog inspection and registration renewal. Black guy was working that day (sorry, I didn't catch his name). He was super friendly, which was a new personality than what I usually get at these smog booths. He was helpful and had a positive attitude all while standing out in 110° heat. Decided to tip the guy just because he made an effort to be friendly. I know these guys switch up locations during the week. Hopefully you get him if you need a smog done!

A few weeks ago my wife had to get a smog test for her Genesis. She pulled up right when they were closing and she was third in line. She stepped out of her car to check her status. Wesley, the Jiffy Smog worker, yelled " don't worry, ma'am, I will get to you in a few minutes." When it was her turn to get the test, Wesley said to her " i've been here 10 hours so another 20 minutes is not going to kill me." So when it came my time to get a smog test, there was only one place I was going to go. I did a Google search and got a coupon for Jiffy smog. Wesley was working that day and was super friendly and efficient. He mentioned that I could register my car right then for an additional 10 dollars. He made sure that he stated he could not give me the sticker for my license plate but that it would take up to a week to get in the mail. He also pointed out I could get my car registered at the nearby Albertsons or at the AAA office on Green Valley Parkway. Being a very busy week, I opted to get my registration right then. It had been a bad day for me, but Wesley turned that around! Thank you, Wesley.

They don't accept the discount they offer on Yelp. The guy said " needs to be print it out". Yelp do not said that. Not reliable business
