I have taken 5 watches for battery replacement, and all of the batteries stopped working after a few months. So I told the manager, and was informed that they do not guarantee the batteries at all. This is a very shady business practice, and I will never return.

I love this jewelry shop. They fixed a lot of my jewelry pieces and restored them like new. Great store, wonderful collection for all price ranges and above all superb staff.

I usually visit Jewel Trendz for replacement watch batteries and have always encountered friendly, helpful staff. When the metal clasp on my favorite watch broke, I was ready to write the watch off, thinking there was no way to fix it. As a last resort, I took the watch into Jewel Trendz so they could tell me it was officially a goner . When I arrived, there were several customers at the counters. Immediately, Josh greeted me warmly and took my watch to his back room. He came back 3 minutes later with my watch, which was not only fixed (it needed a new pin), but the watch was steam cleaned. When I asked how much I owed him, he said, "No charge, and please have a nice day." Jewel Trendz is an asset in our Henderson community.

My husband bought a classic style watch. I have had jewelry cleaned and have bought jewelry. It is a very relaxed and no pressure. I give them very high marks.

I was first introduced to Jewel Trendz in 2005, when my mother and mother-in-law purchased a mother's ring and family ring for my husband and I, that our children presented to us during our wedding.The mother's ring emerald stone fell out a few weeks later and when I took it in, they replaced it at no cost. This happened at least 2 more times (dang emerald ).Since then, I have had my wedding ring and anniversary bands sauntered, several diamonds replaced, resizing a and most recently my husband hand picked a replacement solitaire lab made diamond that is a perfect fit to my ring.This is a family owned establishment and I love recommending them to anyone looking for a jeweler.

I was recommended by a friend because I had gotten engaged and my future hubby's parents had an heirloom wedding band to give to me. The wedding band had 15 diamonds to work with. I went to this store to have them design two bands (one would've been too much since my engagement ring is a somewhat large 3ct emerald cut diamond). They helped me design something to my style- delicate and timeless. One band matches the band on my engagement ring. The other makes a lil crown. We STILL had diamonds leftover, so we made 3 bracelets- one for each of our daughters. Super cute on everything, considering I didn't really know what I wanted. Thanks, Alane!

I just received my old engagement ring turned beautiful pendant. The workman ship was nicely done and at a reasonable price. The whole process was about two weeks. First they wax the design. After approval they deliver the finished product. I like this because you are absolutely sure of the outcome and no surprises. If you are looking for a trustworthy jeweler would definitely recommend Jewel Trendz. Thanks guys

I was introduced to this jewelry store by my best friend. True enough, they really offer very superior customer service. They will accommodate their customers needs in every way they are able. I am very pleased to deal with them, very easy and comfortable to deal with. They also have a very good selection of their jewelry which they design themselves. We are 6 months new to Henderson and we were referred to this jeweler from a friend who's been here awhile. Josh was a great help. We knew we wanted to use my wedding ring but add a halo. They ordered the halo and it was done within a few days. This is a family business and I trust them completely. They did a great job!! We will use them again and again in the future.

Went to Jewelry Trendz looking for a lab created 1 carat diamond to fit into a platinum mounting I already had. They had the perfect stone for me within my budget. Within 3 days they had polished and reshaped the ring and mounted the stone. My husband and I were both extremely pleased with the final result. I wasn't even sure if it was my ring. The ring looked like new and the diamond sparkles like crazy. I could not be happier. They only charged $100 to mount the diamond. I would highly recommend Jewelry Trendz!
