I purchased ink pack for HP printer. Magenta cartridge bad. No one will answer emails or phone calls. I finally received a return email after initial post indicating that a claim was started for me and they would get back with me. Unknown when.

Used them initially to replace ink cartridges for my HP printer. They were 1/2 the cost of regular cartridges and work great. Noticed they repaired iPhones on a visit. I had to replace screen on an iPhone 11 and they were $40 cheaper than other Henderson locations. Great customer service and finished under 1 hour.
