The staff is excellent! They encourage you to take the first few classes at your own pace and ensure you get on one-pointers during class. 10/10 recommend.

This is a great place to come for a high energy, full body workout! Kickboxing isn't just for kicks! ? My arms always feel like jelly after a class. All of the instructors are super amazing and helpful with providing proper form and tips if working with an injury! ❤️
