I was a member for about a year and 3/4 months and absolutely loved it. However about a month ago a had a conflict with another member. When I signed up I was told that the members of this gym were respectful of each others spaces and time and avoided signing up for each others saunas because “who wants to work out next to a sweaty man in a sauna?” . However this man was the ONLY member (as far as I know) that would sign up for other people’s saunas without asking. When I told him about this he kept telling me that he is friends with the owner and he is allowed to sign up for any sauna he wants. I messaged the owner about this and she left me on seen. So I contacted the gym and when they talked to me they told me that “he is an ambassador for their gym, he has lost 85lbs, and spends a lot of money there” they even said that the know he is a “boundary pusher” This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. i went in the following day to cancel my membership but the staff member told me that they would talk to him about it. I don’t think anything was ever done because I never had anyone follow up with me. I didn’t go the entire month of August because it felt unsafe / I was waiting to hear back from them about any updates. So I finally canceled my membership a few days ago which made me sooo sad because I absolutely LOVED going there :(

The facility is extremely clean and the staff is amazing. Extremely friendly and welcoming without any pressure or judgement. I am a weightlifter that hits the weights 4-5 times a week and attending these hot sessions increased my flexibility, help with my recovery and was also very rejuvenating regarding my mental health. I had to move out of state urgently to take care of a family member and they made my cancellation process so smooth and seamless. Highly recommend! No matter where you're at in your fitness journey, these hot sessions will definitely benefit you greatly.

Clean, encouraging environment, and I love that I can come ANYTIME. There’s always competitions going to win rewards with really good prizes. Most of the time I’m in a sauna by myself. Love it love it love it here!

This is my favorite place to work out that I have found. The staff is friendly and the sauna is always impeccably clean and fresh smelling. The deals are good and there is always something new dropping for workouts in the individual sauna. I’m used to crowded classrooms in a heated yoga workout setting so the privacy in these are awesome and it always feels good doing the HIIT machines, cycling, rowing and a hybrid elliptic bikes. The owner takes a lot of pride in her location and you can tell. There’s a lot of free weights and workout equipment in the back that isn’t heated! Check it out!

This place is addicting. It's perfect for people who love working out but don't love being at a busy gym. I joined for the hot cycle classes but since then I've fallen in love with many other types of workouts offered! $60/mo for unlimited access. The facility is always clean and staff are friendly! Thank you, Holly!

Holly, Kira and the staff are awesome with such a great and contagious good vibes!Best exercise experience ever! When I started, I never thought I was going to last. I love yoga, but I wasn't to excited about the heat. When I realized how many different exercises you are able to do, I became a bonfire aficionado! Cross training all week long. I was able to go hotter in the sauna and I noticed the positive changes in my body and my attitude towards life in general, I feel in love with this place. Totally recommend ?

I just signed up to be a member pretty recently and I'm already loving this studio! I joined for the hot yoga and the hot pilates but they have a ton more options (cycle, rowing, core etc). I really like that it's a class you can follow along with, but you also have your own private sauna. You can even control your own temperature. I also loved that you could try the first class for free, and they're so nice and helpful when signing you up. I think if you're looking to improve your health or just overall feel better, I would definitely recommend Hotworx ?

I've been a member of this gym since before it even opened I used it for about 3 months then had to move out of the area tried to call several times over the phone to cancel because I just couldn't get there and nobody would ever answer the phone and when I finally got somebody she said I could cancel she would send me an email. The only email I got was some weird email that didn't have any link to click to cancel anything it was just basically hot works propaganda. So I tried to call back numerous times. Nobody would answer the phone yet again so then I finally got this really nice gal and she told me I was canceled this was around March or April 2021. Come to find out they are still charging me so I called again and they're telling me now I have to come down to cancel and I can't get there right away. Mind you they charged all through Covid and you couldn't even use their facilities. So from the time I tried to cancel until now they have taken $1616 of my money and they just keep taking it even though I have made several attempts to cancel and was told I was cancelled and they can clearly tell by their machine that you have to put a code in each time that I haven't been to their facilities in several years. I'm just not sure where customer service comes in but they have none. This is just a warning to people before they sign up for this gym and this seems to be a problem with this facility. Make sure you go down there in person and get proof that you have canceled because they will lie to you over the phone.I feel really bad for you if you have to move out of state because forget it you're never going to be able to cancel your membership they will just take your money.

I became a member on January 23rd looking for a way to spice up my workout routine. I love the boutique feel, private sauna workout rooms, and the varied classes. I am currently down 20lbs and I owe to Hotworx-Henderson. I crave my workout sessions and love the feeling of the infared heat!!! Can't wait for the next 90 days.

I joined 2 weeks ago today and I wish I joined sooner!! It’s been difficult to find a gym where I feel welcomed and actually CRAVE going to - but HotWorx is it!!! The staff and owner are super friendly every time I see them, and incredibly helpful as well! Expect to see other members who just finished a workout, covered in sweat, sporting the biggest smile on their face and striking up a conversation with you just because everyone is happy to be there!

Can’t say enough good things about this place! I joined about a month ago and I absolutely LOVE IT! I love that it is open 24 hours a day for members, it makes it so easy to find time to go! The staff is so nice and it is VERY CLEAN! I highly recommend checking it out!
