I was at this location, and I am beyond disappointed with the service that I received. I had lost something and was looking to see if I could retrace my steps around the store and yes, it was one minute past closing, but I did see other customers walking around and therefore didn’t feel like I needed a hurry out. As I was looking, I noticed one of the employees in the front of house, her name is Dana? She had brown hair and a hair clip on, Anyways it’s almost like she gave me the ugliest look, and as I walked past her, I noticed she was still staring me down, That is when she said excuse me we’re close. I’m gonna have to ask you to go to check out. I find it really odd that I was the only customer that was approached in this manner Being that there was other customers shopping around still and were left alone.
This employee honestly made me super uncomfortable as there are multiple ways to approach customers in a respectful way to get her message across.
She could’ve asked if I was doing OK or if I was looking for something specific so that I could get out of her store, Instead, she gave me the ugliest facial expression & I have to ask does she know she works in customer service?
I asked for the manager, and I was told he was downstairs, To Chris I hope you can talk to your employees so that you can make sure that you’re creating a good customer experience unlike this one.

No quality standards anymore. Just see the pics. These 2 are the exact same shirts in different colors purchased together. They should come with a warning "Shirts maybe different sizes and do not wash or you'll never fit in them again". Can I please have a shirt that still fits after 1 wash cycle. Ever heard of preshrunk cotton? My men's XL is now like a woman's medium

H&M I had higher standards before. Not anymore. Disappointed in the choices there for men and women. I went to get my mother some sweatshirts and me anything I thought was cute. Couldn't find a thing. The staff, on the other hand, were exceedingly helpful and polite.

Excellent place, super friendly if you have any questions they help you until you find what you need. A guy helped me, if I remember correctly, his name is Dylan, super attentive and nice, I really highly recommend him.

There is no law in Nevada where it says that you have to pay for a bag for your purchases, what is happening at H&M that today they told me that I would have to pay for the bag and paper to carry what I bought, it is a violation of the laws of the state, It would be good for them to take measures regarding what is happening, since everything is already expensive.
