This is a terrible company all around. They gave the wrong car and tried to lie to me, saying it's not supposed to be an electric vehicle even after showing them my reservation details. They also never state anywhere about a $500 deposit when renting a car. It clearly states what it would cost at pick up, and nowhere was the price 600+. Any time I tried finding a number to call customer support, it was always an automatic machine, and when I finally talked to a person, they were completely useless. They couldn't give me a number for the location, but I couldn't change the drop-off location. They couldn't even tell me if I would have a fee for dropping the car off early. There was not a single good thing about renting from here.

If I could give negative stars I would. They put me in a car with all the sensors aren’t working and going off plus the car pulled to the right and they will not put me in another car. I’ve stop at there location and called numerous times to the point that I’ve givin up. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a rental company. My father used have 4 hertz locations we would have never treat Ed someone this way..god forbid if the car has a major fail and I get hurt.Oh and I can’t change companies because it’s through GMC……still two weeks later and they are telling they STILL don’t have a replacement car for me …. This car tires are shot do to the vehicle malfunctioning… I even offered to take it to a tire shop for them and they told me it’s not hertz responsibility…. What a joke!!!

Mean and racist agents, especially Keith and Bianca. They cancelled my reservation when I showed up. No prior phone call. Zero help. Do not recommend this sketchy place.

Very unprofessional location. Booked a rental with the DoorDash rate code, and they refused to honor it, even though this location allowed the booking through the site. Why not disable the option if you won't honor it? A few other locations clearly would not allow the reservation on the website, but this one went through just fine, just to get a ride up there and find out they will not be renting me the vehicle. The guy at the counter provided me with another location which DOES NOT allow DoorDash rentals, it was just the Uber rental location. In the end I called corporate, and they informed me that since it was a successful booking online, I should not have had any issue getting the vehicle. Ridiculous, do not go here if you want them to waste your time.

KEITH IS MY FAVORITE GUY THAT WORKS FOR THIS LOCATION I HAD A GREAT TIME THIS WEEKEND WITH THE VEHICLE I RENTED THE CAR HAD NO PROBLEMS …I WILL BE VISITING THIS HERTZ AGAIN I LOVE IT !!!!!!! KEITH HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE GIVE THIS GUY A PROMOTION HE DESERVES IT!!!!!!! THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A RENTAL COMPANY AND IM GRATEFUL FOR IT 10 STARS !!!!!!!!!!!

Keith, Binca, and Noreen. These three have made my life so easy coming in and taking care of my needs. Never had a problem at this location I would give them 10 stars but I can’t.

I wouldn't walk back into this place if they were giving the cars away for free....Mr ponytail had an attitude like a confused teenage girl on her period, to the point he even said to another customer "I don't care what my wife says so I could care less what anyone has to say....NEVER do business who disrespect the one person that would absolutely take care of you.
Worst minute and a½ of service ever, oh we drove all the way over there for this dude to tell us yeah you gonna be waiting awhile I got 20 reservation Before you....like why ain't y'all making courtesy calls?
Sitting there talking smack about the only person that will EVER Love you, POOR POOR woman Mr Dupe Smog, what kind of a man talks bad about the woman they promised under oath and Lord God to protect. Most messed up thing I heard all year.
Hertz is clearly hurting.
So messed up.
Run away.

I rent with Hertz at least once or twice a month, sometimes more. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The “manager” was extremely rude both at pick up and drop off. They also would not take my keys when I returned the car 5 minutes late because of construction. even though they were still there and outside checking customers out. I was scheduled to bring it back at 5 and it was 5:05. I was leaving town that evening and couldn’t come back the next day. I was told by the black male manager with a ponytail that I was an adult and to figure it out, he wasn’t helping me. I had to drive it all the way to the airport and return it there and was charged $70. They do not have a key drop. I have never been to a rental car place that doesn’t have a key drop. There’s no way in hell I would ever rent from here again. They don’t even deserve one star.
