While living in Las Vegas , I went to Findlay Nissan where I have purchased 3 vehicles previously over a decade. On July 16 I purchased my vehicle and it was a nice experience. The GM was more helpful than the manager and salesman. I financed through my bank so the dealership was paid in full that day. Fast fwd to August 22nd I went to register my car in Texas where I have relocated. Their DMV requires the title. I contacted Findlay the day of and a woman answered took my info and was to call me back in 15min, no return call. Unable to register my vehicle I had to pay for another 30-day due to the purchase 30 day expired Aug 23rd. I called Findlay and went through multiple people the operator, finance dept then to finally get to Michelle. She then told me they have not requested the title and they will today (Aug 22). Since then I have called Findlay to follow up. Left multiple msgs for Michelle no callback. Spoke w/a Rene who connected me with Angela , where she mailed me the DMV registration info to the address in Las Vegas. I have told rene, Michelle and everyone who spoke with me I moved to Texas and I need the title. I spoke to my bank who is just a lost as I am on why the title was not requested prior to August 22nd instead of a month later due to them waiting for it as well. My bank is sending me msgs in regards to the title. Today Sept 10th I was supposed to get another callback from Angela 15mins after 1230 pm and nothing . Basically once Findlay gets paid customer service ends.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Mathew Riley. He was very accommodating, attentive and helpful throughout my experience. I appreciate that he communicated with Nissan and my warranty which made my payments convenient for me. Mr. Mathew’s work is exceptional and his assistance fit my needs perfectly. Bought a car from them in May 2024 and the title was never sent for processing to USAA. I Called them in the begining of August about this problem and was assured it was taken care of. Just got a letter now Sept 5 from USAA saying they still have not received the title delaying me from selling the car. I thought it was just the sales manager that was incompetent although looks like more of the same for the back office title department. Steer clear of this place.

Went in for quick service n my usual service guy, Chris P was upfront and on the spot with service and information. He also fixed a blinker and warned of up-coming brake as a courtesy and friend. No pressure.

I recently had my Nissan Altima in for Service. Chris P was my service advisor. I am pleased to say that they did a great job. Also, Chris kept me updated throughout the entire process of servicing my vehicle. I Highly recommend Findlay Nissan for their outstanding service and pleasant staff!

This was a complicated transaction, but they took care of everything and went above and beyond.
