I wanted to report the horrible conditions of the Hawthorn Suites we booked for the night of Oct 5. If we had not already been on the road for 14 hours with 3 rigs and a dog, we would have definitely gone elsewhere. There was mold in the bathroom around the tub and behind the sink. I have photos I would like to share. We had a hard time finding the hotel as none of the signage was lit. Also, there were people stuck in the elevator, and the front desk made it seem like it happened all the time. Needless to say, we used the stairs.Rooms: Mold, smell, gross. Another couple near our room went in and came out saying they weren't staying. We wouldn't have except we had three rigs, our dog, and had been 10 hours on the road.Safety: The exterior of the hotel was not lit. The front desk said the lights were burned out. Also, there were people stuck in the elevator. Again, front desk made is seem like it happened all the time.

Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff members friendly and an easy check in and check out. The property is looking a bit tired…a few small cosmetic repairs would go a long way in making first impressions positive. We were on the third floor and everything was fine. I would have no hesitation in booking here again.

STAY AWAY. Dirty, loud, incredibly rude staff. Nonworking gym, pool. Don't be fooled by amenities because they are unusable. Keycards don't work. Questionable clientele. Questionable charges. Bad part of town. I could list all the details but there isn't enough character space. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. We checked out early and did just that! I travel a lot for work and have stayed in some pretty bad places but this one takes the cake.

Had a Fun Time here, nice restful sleep. Hotel staff served breakfast 600-930 was a decent breakfast. Is assorted, wa⁸ffles, bagels, eggs, bacon, cereal, coffee tea juice yogurt etc. Hotel was clean, felt safe, even though Hotel in little rough areas, it did feel safe , comfortable there. Me, my children enjoyed the long stay & the Hotel staff serves nice decent variety dinner on Wednesday evenings, items as well. There is a mini Mart (GVG) in same parking lot so that came in handy. Parking lot easy to get to room & unload or load up. Not a big hotel so that makes getting around earlier.

This property is old, rundown and dirty. The housekeeping staff was terrible- bath linens were not replaced every day even when we placed the used items on the floor. And they didn't replace TP when the roll was almost out. The next time we're in Henderson, NV we'll stay in Green Valley, even though it means having to drive farther to visit relatives in Henderson. Doesn't Wyndham do any kind of periodic walk-throughs of their properties?

We booked here after having to come back for the rescheduled Ed Sheeran concert and the place we stayed last time was booked. The photos on the website when we booked looked great, and the price was good. However, the actual state of the property is horrible. Our room had brown stuff dripping down the walls, signs of violence (someone had punched the freezer door, and there were stab marks all over the bathroom door). The curtains and walls were all stained, the a/c unit held together by electrical tape, no shower curtain and water damage in the bathroom. I am attaching photos. There were also dogs barking early in the morning, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took as they packed up at 5:00 in the morning.I do not feel the quality was worth the $233 we paid. I’m hopeful they are able to make some improvements.

Please do not book through AgodaThis is a great hotel for a trip to the Las Vegas area, with friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, and an abundant breakfast. However, although I had prepaid through Agoda and had a reservation, there was a problem with the payment, so I had to pay the fee at the hotel and go through the hassle of getting a refund upon check-out. Even though it wasn't the hotel's fault, the manager expressed regret about the unfortunate situation upon check-out and gave a warm message wishing us a good trip.I'm grateful to the front desk staff who understood the situation.

If you are doing anything and the southeastern portion of the valley, this is probably a really good location. It is a dog friendly hotel. That means there were lots of dogs. Only one on my floor that was yappy all the time. Luckily I was not next to that room. The floors have not been shampooed for a long time. They didn't look bad, but they were kind of stiff and then climbing into the bathtub. I left black footprints all over after having my shoes off walking around the room for a little bit.

We were looking for a last min place to stay without breaking the bank. It was very clean. I was surprised how big the room was. Plenty of room for my husband and support animal. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Waffles, sausage and egg. Hallways were a little smelly-but that’s expected in a place with carpet. However-there was someone on our checkout day who was using a machine to deep clean the carpets. Overall-good day. Comfy bed and pillows. Will return if we’re back that way.

Hallways and room smelled awful. Friends found mice droppings in their room. Third floor, floor boards felt like we were going to fall through with uneven boards and what felt like holes. Missing soap and had to ask. Internet wifi was unreliable at best. Hotel was dirty and unfriendly. Would not recommend.

We booked here because of the low rate but as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for".I have no idea of what the room truly looks like because we could never get in!I suspect by the old, dirty, smelly carpet in the hallway that the room would not have been much better. The guy working the front desk was very rude, disrespectful, unaccommodating, and unhelpful.Instead of offering to change our given room or contacting maintenance (if there was any) to assist, he insulted us and behaved as if we weren't owed a refund! We were there approximately 15 minutes. To add insult to injury, the people hanging around outside and going in & out of the "motel" were a little peculiar; possibly long term residents.I didn't feel safe and I am glad we didn't stay.

Pictures online make this look WAY nicer than it is. Pool area out of order, smelled like weed on my floor and into areas of my room (have to sign in several spots on check in that there's no smoking in the hotel, but I guess it's not enforced well). TV small for a room these days. Carpet in the hall and room looked very dirty. Cracked tiles in bathroom, sink stopper stuck so it didn't drain well.... Bed so/so. Desk chair cheap and unstable. Breakfast was nothing special, but looking at other reviews after the fact, I guess I should be happy there was at least something out...? Staff isn't overly friendly at the desk - clearly just doing a job.

The staff was friendly, room was clean and the free hot breakfast was pretty good. However, there was a couple of problems that we had during our stay. The major one was the pool happened to be under construction for “renovations” during our stay. This amenity was the one we were actually looking forward to. Seems that the hotel should plan this a bit better and renovate during the winter season instead of summer when temps are over 110. The 2nd issue we had was with the elevator going out of order during checkout the next day. Granted, we were only on the 2nd floor but it was a workout having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs multiple times to take my luggage to the car. Very inconvenient and could pose an issue to someone not as mobile or with a handicap. If I would to consider this hotel in the future, I’d probably call first to double check on if the indoor pool would be Available and if the elevators are in working order.

My family and I stayed in for couple of nights. We booked it because I thought the pool was open but Matthew was friendly enough to explain to us that the pool will be open the following week. Matthew was really helpful made our checkout really smoothly. It really affordable and super clean for what you paying. The complimentary breakfast was really good to. My family and I will be coming back to Vegas soon we definitely will be staying there.
