Loving and considerate care was given when I took my 16-yo boy to get groomed. I also love that they use natural/chemical-free products. The only feedback I have is: when, offering, add-ons, or upgrades for service, give the client an estimate before. I was a bit taken aback by the total when I went to pick him up.
