I left my bathroom bag hanging behind the bathroom door in room 203. I called the next day to locate it, and was told They couldn't help me because they were busy, and would have to check with the housekeeping manager and to call back in 24 hours. I called, and again was given the runaround, was not connected with housekeeping manager and front desk was not pleasant. Again I was told to call back, and the hotel took my phone number so they could call me if it was located. The Hotel never called, and everyday I called, front desk had no idea what I was talking about. There was no communication between shifts??I don't like getting the runaround, and I do not like front desk staff that is not customer service oriented.I called this hotel 7+ times in search of my bag and got a different answer everyday I called. I was also never put in contact with the housekeeping manager.Will not stay there again.Food & drinks: Restaurant across parking lot.

HOTEL WAS CLOSE TO WHERE WE NEEDED TO BE. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS SUBURB, ALWAYS HAD A SMILE AND EAGER TO ANSWER ANY QUESTION. THE BREAKFAST WAS VERY NICE. A GOOD ASSORTMENT TO CHOOSE FROM. ROOM WAS NICE, COULD HAVE HAD BETTER LIGHTING AND THE FILTER IN THE A/C UNIT NEEDED CLEANED. OVERALL EXPERINCE WAS GOOD. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN BASED ON INTERACTION WITH FRONT DESK STAFF.

Had a great time, room was clean. Breakfast was not bad, could be a little better but it wasn't terrible.They had a waffle bar, which was the best part.Also something else I noticed, they all seemed very nice and attentive even at 10 pm which is when we arrived.

My bed was dirty, with hair all over, the shower wasn't clean properly, and the refrigerator had leftover food.Rooms: The room was not clean properly but the staff was really friendly.

Upon checking in , the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We had a good stay. Beds were comfy and shower was great . When checking out in the the morning , I noticed my truck was broken into . This hotel is very remote with nothing really around except a few hotel. Just a heads up if you stay here park in front of cameras.

I took way too long for me to get discharged after seeing the doctor . It literally took 2 hours and they weren't busy at all ... Do better ...

Fairly decent Hampton inn. Breakfish is standard and the location is great, especially if you are going to hit Cowabunga Bay in the summer months. Close to all kinds of good stuff like Costco too.

The rooms are a bit in need of updating the decor, but everything was sparkling clean and in good repair. Extremely good front desk staff. She remembered us from a visit back in June! This will be our “go to” place when passing through Las Vegas. Casino located behind this hotel. Loads of shopping and food outlets. Easy access to freeway. Everything you could want without the irritation of the strip.Kudos to the manager. She runs a great show!

The hotel is old but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast is the usual, pretty standard for Hilton hotels. The hotel staff are always pleasant and friendly, especially Thelma, Amanda, and the ladies during breakfast!

Rooms are outdated and they need better beds, the one in my room feels like they bought it a good will lol. My friend had bed bugs and the bit him all over. I also heard that the house keeping personal are not changing sheets on a regular basis so I don’t recommend this hotel at all, im worried im gonna have bed bugs at my room and im worried about taking that to my house ..

This place teeters between ordinariness and stodgy.CHECK IN: Nothing notable and not superlative, the digital keys did not work here and in fact never sent at all.ROOM: One word that comes to mind was dated, especially when it came to the bathroom. The seals/caulking around the sink area and ledges were cracked, it did not effect anything but my intrinsic qualities of reporting details tells me it was worth mentioning. The rest of the room was pretty standard and everything within was commonplace. The pillows on the bed were tiny and one of them smelled like ...liquid rear end for lack of a better comparison. PROPERTY: Free coffee & ice water in the lobby. Here's an interesting thing not many hotels offer- on select nights they have free social hour 5-7p with free food and drinks....then free cookies. That was pretty darn cool. The Pool was a redeeming amenity here, large pool area, and naturally a large pool and hot tub open late.This place is in an ideal location, i would come back if I really needed to

I needed a place for the weekend since they are working on my AC. They are pet friendly and the rooms are great with fridge and microwave. Excellent location. Staff are super friendly. And the dogs like it!
