Very cortious and professional staff. They were a great help and I highly recommend this facility. They also told me of an issue that happened at their facility which could have, but did not, affect my property while in their care.

This is the third time my family has used golden state storage at Cadence. Drew is really awesome to work with (he’s been there for a long time) and the site is always clean, secure, and well kept up. We will continue to use them for our storage needs.

Drew was helpful and professional. The facility is very nice and most of the RVs parked there were nice. I needed the 48' with cover, which is not easy to find.

Stored our household goods here for 4 years. Excellent customer service, front office staff answers questions efficiently. Facility easy to access. Highly recommend if living in the Cadence/Lake Las Vegas area or have a recreational vehicle that one wants to use on Lake Mead.

Golden State Storage had the best prices and the staff is so wonderful! It makes a huge difference working with great people. My parents have used them several times and I’ll now recommend and use them if I need storage again, as well.

Loved the expert care I received. She was so pleasant and theral. I really appreciated the one on one experience.The indoor storage area was very clean and cool as the temp was in the 90's.The storage door was very easy to open with very little effort.I don't know how long that I will be in need of this storage unit, but I'm glad that my sister found this company.Sincerely,Jeanne F.
