Gio is the best agent to buy your new home, he is very patient, very informative and very friendly. He explained everything to me in great detail and never bothered to show me various options until I was completely convinced with my new house. He is excellent, I recommend him 100% and I would contact him again without a doubt.

I sold my house with Gio Garcia and he's truly the best realtor I've ever worked with. His knowledge of the Las Vegas real estate market really impressed me. Gio's thoughtful approach and genuine care made the whole process so much easier than I expected. He got us multiple offers and a great price, but what I appreciated most was how he always kept us in the loop. It also is a huge plus that he speaks Spanish which came in handy when speaking with the buyer. If you're looking to sell in Vegas, I can't recommend Gio enough. He's not just skilled - he really looks out for his clients.

Gio was recommended through Zillow...thank God!!! We moved from California and didn’t have a Nevada agent. Gio was a godsend. He was responsive and patient and treated us like family. He is not only professional, but hard working and he really cares about his clients. He was by our side from the first house we viewed, (and I’m sure we viewed more than 30), until we signed our closing docs. If I ever have a friend or relative looking to move to this area I will contact Gio for them so they can have the best agent.
