I'm currently biking cross country, and as soon as I entered Nevada, I badly cut both of my tubeless tires. I called numerous bike shops, and each one said they don't repair tires; instead, they require me to leave my bicycle for 3-4 days for tire replacement which is tough as I have to be hitting the road daily.I'm thrilled I got to speak to Frank at Giant Las Vegas because he was the only person who said, 'Just bring your bike in; we will make it work.' It only took him half an hour to patch up the tires, and he even taught me how to do it myself for future rides! It's incredible how passionate he is about bicycles, and you should see his own collection of bikes that he assembled! Impressive! Definitely the place you want to visit!

Outstanding service, ride from the shop 3/4 mile along side of the road before a off road path to Anthem East Trailhead and then from there miles and miles of single track

Definitely would recommend Giant. I had the pleasure of having Jeff help me and he was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. His customer service was top notch. Hard to find good customer service these days and Jeff really went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. Even for my old grandma bike! LolWell deserving of a 5 star rating!!!

All I can say is wow I’ve dealt with bike world a few times the attitude of the employees is like they’re doing me a favor and the place is dirty giant bike employees know alot about bikes and are very nice good attitudes and the store is very clean they have a life long customer

We rented some ebikes here and to be honest , this was quite possibly the BEST experience i have had , from the start of walking into the shop we were greeted by Jeff , He not only made excellent bike sizes and selection for us, he set the bikes up perfectly, dialed in the suspension and pretuned the bikes up , and also Jeff went above and beyond in customer service and made trail reccomondations and they were so awesome ! it made our day and our trip perfect ! i Would like to personally thank Jeff for all his help ! only wish we could have rode with him as they just dont make Good people like that anymore ! thanks Jeff ! Ride on !

great servixe, took the time to teach us nubes on how to care for our bikes and what tools we should carry with us, replaced my tires then and there, no hassels. Wish things were a bit cheaper but other than that, I'm a happy customer.
