I'm an out of state investor and this company has managed my rental properties for over 7 years. They are prompt, have great communication and I value their insight. This is as good as gets for property management (I have experience using many other companies).

I have worked with Geoffrey for nearly 5 years, and he has consistently delivered excellent service, handling whatever needs arise with competence and efficiency.

Geoff is truly amazing! He took his time to ensure my husband and I found the perfect first home for us. He provided a professional and honest evaluation of every home we looked at. A passionate and caring professional. Geoff clearly knows what he is doing. Our family has found that he is honest, straightforward, and, most importantly, focused and caring. His commitment is something to be appreciated and envied. He has done such a good job and in doing so, he has really brought peace of mind to the family. He is resourceful and a great resource. I have worked with Geoff to buy my first home as well as selling it and recently buying a new home. He is an amazing realtor who is very knowledgeable about all things home buying and selling. He is very attentive and works extra hard for his clients. He also works with a dynamite lending team. The other staff at his firm are amazing as well. He is also an all around good person. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy and or sell a home.

Absolutely amazing property management company!! I have owned my property in LV since 2005 and kept the same rental management company since moving away due to military reassignment. At the beginning of 2020 my previous property management company left my property in shambles. I was left with over $6k in repairs and over $10k in HOA fees due to mismanagement and a horrific tenant. I recommend contacting Geoff he is an honest man that cares about his clients and restored my faith in LV property managers.

I am finally responding and confirming my daughter's review left June 15,2021. I like to take time to know it's not my emotions, but business ethics response.If you live out of town know who you are working with. I am an older single lady and we can get taken advantage of frequently. Geoff's promises were inconsistent: 1. he said the clean up and repairs would be under $1000. Came to over $3k2. He said he was going to get the place ready within 1 week so it can get rented. After 2 weeks, I wasn't hearing it was ready. 3. Began to feel like I was bothering him as I kept calling. 4. I got nervous about his services and what was actually being done. 5. After 2 weeks, I let him go.6. He locked the house and held the keys hostage and would not give the keys to my daughter who lives in Vegas. 7. He said I had to pay his invoice before I could get the keys and so we could not even see what had been done or not been done. 8. I jumped on a plane the next day9. I asked to meet with him and he said he would be out of town (?) 10. I called the Nevada Real Estate Commission and asked if it was legal to hold owners keys until an invoice was paid. They said under no circumstance should a property manager withhold keys from the owner. When I texted him that, within 5 minutes, he said I could pick up the keys at the office.11. His original contract stated 5 other property managers in his office ready to help as well. He actually only had 1 office worker and no other PMs. 11. They wanted me to still sign a paper and pay before I got the keys but, I said I prefer not to sign or pay until I saw what repairs had been done. Only after he knew I was working with the real estate commission, he worked with me. Lesson learned....

Geoff is an exceptional realtor, but more than that, he is a community-first business owner. My mom (a homeowner in Summerlin) asked Geoff for some referrals for vendors who can help her (plumbers, handyman, etc). She isn't even his client, but he took hours out many times to speak to my mom on the phone to try and help her sort out her issues with leaks, etc. He was unpaid for all of this, but this is the kind of genuine, kind soul you get when you hire Geoff. Imagine what he will do for you when he is ACTUALLY getting a commission. There is no one else to use in the greater Las Vegas area than Geoff Lavell. Good people do good things.

We loved having Sherrie Younie as our buyers agent. She listened to our needs and wants and was great about showing us houses that filled that niche. We were moving back to the Las Vegas Valley from out of state and had an idea of what we wanted. Every time we contacted her about a house that looked interesting, she arranged a visit and FaceTimed us through the house. Eventually, when we found the perfect home, the buying process was painless. We appreciated Sherrie's hustle, without her being a hustler, and we would highly recommend her to anyone needing a real estate agent here in the Las Vegas Valley.

My elderly mom (who does not live here) hired Geoff to manage a property that she owns in Las Vegas. Unfortunately Geoff fell short on many of the promises he made to get repairs and updates done timely to the home. He told her the repairs and clean up would cost around $900. My mom had already lost thousands from COVID that allowed her previous tenant to not pay rent. As I am local, I stepped in to help my mom with the clean up and removing the previous tenant's items that she left behind and hired a house cleaner to do a move out clean to save her some money. Minor repairs and bulk trash removal were the only items left for Geoff to handle. Geoff did NOT handle these items timely so my mom fired him.He sent my mom an email stating that she needs to pay invoices for the work performed and that he will send the invoices "later" before providing us the keys and access to our own home. We have yet to receive the invoices. I am currently sitting outside of my mom's house locked out, unable to reach Geoff on his cell phone. I have called 7 times and tried his office line. He removed the lockbox, changed our garage code, locked the garage door, and padlocked our backyard. He doesn't have the courtesy to answer my call or texts. Beware. Unprofessional and should not be trusted. As a side note, there is one other 1-star on this Yelp page and my mom had asked him about it before hiring him. Geoff told my mom that the reviewer was on drugs and that those things did not occur. I think my mom should have went with her gut and not hired Geoff...listen to your gut!- - - - -UPDATE: We continued to attempt to call, text and email to ask for access. My mom booked a flight out and asked if she could meet Geoff in person and his reply was he would be out of town.Exhausting all reasonable options except forcing entry into our own home, we called the Nevada Real Estate Commission to find out if it was legal for a property manager to hold keys and not allow ownership to enter or have access to their own property. We received the keys almost immediately after he became aware of who we called. Problem solved. He stuck us with a $3k bill. The "no extra fees" and "no upcharge on services" claim he makes in his ads are just marketing jargon....

Best realtor in Las Vegas! After working with other realtors in the local market who have provided mediocre to poor service, I was fortunate to find Geoff. He has been a true professional, spot on with his communications and had my house sold quickly.
