Not a hobby shop unless all you need is RC cars or trucks. The 2 guys that work there were useless. Even if I needed any RC stuff, 1 guy didn't have a clue and the other couldn't be interrupted from his story telling.

Shane is awesome!!! Always has the parts in stock that i need, and pulls them for me and has them waiting for me when i get there. Treats me like a VIP every time i walk in. Thanks dude

Bad experience with employees at the henderson location. We are from out of town and like to support local business. They sold me the wrong part on our first trip into town. Made a second trip into town to rectify the situation with the part. Employee was acting surprised I wanted to exchange for the correct replacement part! Also had the tenacity to not apologize for the inconvenience. The employee situation is not good with the attitude from whoever was working today July 1st. However, couldn’t ask for better or amazing hired help at the larger vegas location. The vegas store has very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Please don’t let the Henderson location affect your outlook on Friendly Hobbies. Owner of freindly hobbies even reached out personally to help the situation. Good guy!

The stressful was so friendly, HELPFUL, knowledgeable ect... I would recommend this store if you like different hobbies and love best customer service. I'm quadriplegic and they were very accommodating to me and my chair. Infact they mentioned having another location but after my experience in the Henderson store I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. GREAT JOB FRIENDLY HOBBIES!

I was searching for a model car for my husband for his birthday and had a difficult time finding one he wanted. I went to the Henderson location to see what they had, in hopes they had something that was close to what he had when he was younger. They didn't , however one of the people working in the store, Julio, was very helpful and willing to call their other locations to find the vehicles and when they did not have it, he ordered it for me! I was very impressed with their customer service and my husband is thrilled with the birthday purchase! Thank you again, Friendly Hobbies!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Friendly Hobbies in Henderson, and I must say it was an outstanding experience! From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted by welcoming staff with friendly smiles and a genuine enthusiasm for hobbies.The first thing that struck me was the impressive variety of products they offer. Friendly Hobbies has something for everyone. What truly sets Friendly Hobbies apart is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were eager to assist us, answering all my son's questions and offered him valuable recommendations and suggestions to improve his ability to repair and upgrade his car. Their expertise and passion for the hobby industry were evident in their customer service. It's refreshing to find a store where the employees genuinely care about helping customers find the right products for their interests.

Where should I start. After months of debating whether I should enter the RC DRIFT world or not, I finally made the decision and jumped right in without the slightest knowledge except for what's posted on forums. Went with an RTR since it's ready to go and I won't really have much to lose if I decide that this hobby is not for me. Since giving this hobby a few days I've quickly fallen in love. Only issue is I don't know what I need and what I don't. So doing the only thing I was taught was ask question. Came into this store looking for some batteries about 2 days ago. Came for batteries and left pretty satisfied with their knowledge and how to proceed if I decide to deeply dive into it. Well today was no different. Came in with some question thinking I may need a new servo as the one I just installed yesterday was just not working out for me. Alex who was the rep who helped me really took his time to answer literally every single one of my questions, even gave me some advices as well and for me to say "some" advice is an understatement. His knowledge in the field and knowing his parts made my experience here so much better. These guys will literally help you every step of the way and not leave you clueless especially for a scrub like me who just got into this less than a week ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO BEGINNERS. ALSO BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALEX FOR HELPING ME OUT!!!!

I went to the Hobby Shop to get a EC3 to EC5, a Connector,he ask where I shop the RC I mention, in other place not in friendly Hobby,everything change very poor help I left without the part, and I see the part in their shop, I told him,I think is that one, he tell me bring your battery, poor service,I ordered in Amazon was in my house the next day

These people have some serious RC cars. The staff has a super great attitude too. You can tell that they love what they do.
