The manager of Francesca Collection at Green Valley was so rude that didn’t allowed our children into the store because it was more than 4 kids. ( We were celebrating our daughter 12 years old with her friends) we had a total of 8 kids. They were so excited to go to this store and buy matching bracelets. The manager as soon the kids enter told to them to leave the store, and that is only 4 kids allow per adults. I saw the kids walking out the store while I’m walking in. I asked the kids what happened and they told me this. I was heartbroken, I had never heard such a thing. Besides that the kids were are not alone it was me and another parent with me. We felt so bad that this manager treated our kids wrong and she kick them out of the store for no reason. It’s ashamed that our kids were treated poorly and they felt embarrassed after other customers were at the store with their kids.

Ruby was amazing! She was beyond helpful, and went out of her way to help my mom and I out! I've never experienced such a kind and helpful employee at Francescas, like Ruby ! She had an amazing attitude and the best customer service ever. This establishment is lucky to have her, every time I go now, I will be asking for her.

I went in for help with an exchange, and Ruby was wonderful! She was so sweet and helped me out a lot ! She made me feel so comfortable, unlike other times where i’ve come to this store, and no one has been helpful or even that nice , I cannot express how pleasant of a trip this was to Francesca’s. I’m going to love coming back to see Ruby!

I can't believe I haven't written a review for one of my favorite boutiques. This boutique location is inside the Galleria Mall. It is on the second floor, more towards the center of the mall. If you're parking, I would say parking at the Food Court area is probably easiest. Or you could park at the front near where Red Robbin is.This shop has a lot of cute clothes & accessories for girls. Their clothes are really great quality, too, and usually are a little more of a boho style. The day I came in, everything was 50% off, which was wild! I had never heard of such a great sale there. I shopped around for a little bit and was helped by the two wonderful ladies working. They helped me get a room, too, and I was able to try on a few dresses there, too. They were super kind and asked frequently if I needed any help.I ended up leaving with a super cute dress for my date night that night with my husband. I honestly would have bought more but I probably didn't need to do that haha. My bank account would have been pretty mad. But seriously, love this store and customer service is always outstanding.

Worst customer service. The girl in the store wanted me to wait in line while she was in the phone doing nothing. And on top of that, they refused to do an exchange. I had to go back and ask someone else to do the exchange.

Galleria on sunset has everything you need, there is a at&t store, yummy food court options, Victoria secret and some amazing hair salons! for example Regis near dillards has some great hair specials going right now including a gift card giveaway at rebooking! come check it out! I strongly recommend this place .

An employee at this store, Candice, is absolutely amazing. She was SO helpful, kind, and personable. The store in general is lovely, with lots of cute clothes and trinkets. The clothes are a bit pricey, but excellent quality. Definitely worth the price.

Many thanks to the fashionista, Kristin working today! She was super helpful in helping me find my Family Feud outfits! On my way to Forever 21, I saw Francesca's and in the window I saw a dress that caught my eye! I then continued to stare at all the fun clothing items and told myself, "go inside now"! With our Family Feud wardrobe color scheme being Golden State Warriors colors, there was very specific colors that I had in mind when selecting my outfits. To my surprise, Francesca's had so many yellow, mustard and navy blue dresses! All in which were very reasonably priced, ranging from $29-$38 dollars. Higher quality stuff compared to 421. Right now they're running a sale that if you buy 1 item you get 2 items at 40% off! In the clearance section if you buy 1 the second item is 50% off! I walked out today with 3 dresses for Family Feud, plus a cute tropical dress and a cute Warriors colors kimono! Not only do they sell women's clothing, but they have a ton of shoes, hats and cute girly gifts! I will definitely return for future purchases and you should check this place out too!!!

I took my ring to get the diamond replace from the side of my ring like I have during the past but this time they tried to say I needed to pay $55 for labor. I left and read my diamond warranty which stated “labor is included.” Then I came back and sent it in for repair. The repair place called the store and said I had to pay $375 to reprong everything and since I didn’t have a “metal warranty” I had to pay that much. I said “No thanks” and they sent it back unfixed.
