A weaker Macy's poor selection and about a great experience. Clothes are out of date and selections are small. Many empty shelves and an older store. People are kind of friendly but not overly eager to help... with exception of the mattress and furniture section. Pretty good in that department... linens are scarce.

I made a charge to my account in October. Somehow they billed and credit charge to my husband's account. It's been a 4 month nightmare with Macy's. Today we physically went to the store to ask for help with this issue. Nicole, a manager in customers service assisted us. She understood the situation and my frustration, she called the #800 number and explained the situation. We finally got this issue resolved. Thank you Nicole for your professionalism and customer service experience. We closed our account today and honestly, I will never ever shop here again.

Came in to buy some cologne and was greeted by friendly staff. He was very helpful to say what was popular and the cologne that was on sale. I ended up buying 2 that were on sale at great price! I love that some colognes come with extras, I'll be back again.

I don't frequent the mall often but I've had to go here twice recently after buying items on-line that were delivered to my house. I needed to return some items. I love how close you can park to the entrance & you can go to any counter for returns. There is a counter right when you walk in from the outside on the right. My returns have been quick. Though the first time I did a return they wanted a receipt & I told them it was bought on line & paid thru PayPal. I actually had to go to my Macy's app to find my order & give them the order number. This second time, today I had gotten a barcode to scan for my returns thru the Macy's app. The lady @ the register must of been new because another cashier had come over while I was there. The cashier was wearing a mask & sneezed and had automatically put her hand up to her face then grabbed my cell phone to hold it while she scanned the bar code. I told her even though she had a face mask on & put her hand up to her face as if she was covering her mouth that she shouldn't be touching my cell phone to begin with....lol Of course I pulled it away from her before she could get a good grip on it. She was asking me how I paid for my items & I told her and told her that the barcode should be enough for me to return my items. The other cashier had come over & had asked me how I paid for my items too & I told her. She had to return each item separately (just 2) with scanning the bar code. It was quick & I got a receipt to show the amount of money that would be going back to my PayPal. I got an email from PayPal right away of the money to be credited back to me. So simple, if you have what you need for your return. :-) The last time I was in here was before Christmas. I really needed to use the bathroom after my return & was told it was upstairs in the back. It was a little bit of a hike & I got distracted by all the items for sale. I checked out their shoes, I was looking for a pair of boots but didn't find any. I browsed their jewelry and saw a few pieces I bought on my way out. Upstairs had some nice bedding but it was way too expensive for my liking. They have a small furniture section & I've been in need of a new couch but MAN do they charge up the butt for their furniture...no thank you!!! Bathrooms weren't bad but there sure is a lot to look at on your way to them. LOL I ended up finding a great deal on Cuisine knives that I bought and that work amazingly! Its definitely a great place to shop when items are on sale!!

Macys is a staple ! I like the recent added backstage. It's been a little sparse but I'm hoping to visit again with the racks full. Service is always just ok, I wish it was better for being a classy store. The selection at Macys is a go to for future and last minute events. Christmas time is my favorite The value is reasonable

I went there today to purchase furniture for my living room & I was going to apply for a credit card & 2 hrs later they were disqualifying or declining the credit card then they decided to give me a partial credit amount that was going to cover the amount. So then the associate called the credit department again & they say they had no information on us. I said 2 hrs later then cancel the order. Well then they gave us a higher limit & the purchase went through. I tried to call & speak to executives & of course too busy to answer the phone & they will get back to you whenever. So avoid going there to buy furniture. Just awful!!

Since our flight was delayed. We decided to stop by the mall. This is my first time at this particular mall. The staffs here were super nice and helpful. This mall layout is similar to the rest of the other Macy mall. They do have a wide range of shoes collection. This mall is not busy at all the time we went. There were plenty of parking spots.

Always something to buy there never a plan not to!! I don't care for the spread out cashier's & if more than 4in line & 1cashier I will walk....

Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. Ordered a coat online 3 weeks ago for x-mas. Now I get an email that's it's back ordered. Like I said do yourself a favor and order from Nordstrom

Yikes. Called the Henderson store. A simple question on a product I wanted to buy. ON hold for 10 minutes. Amazing retailer that does not answer the phone.

Came here to buy a few items while in vegas. They have a large selection and the story is very well organized. Their swimsuit selection is especially large.

An Asian sales lady became angry at me for taking an item off her hold rack. I think she had dibs on a 10 dolla polo shirt amongs other cheaply priced items she was possibly hording for herself. Why else should she get bent out of shape? With that theory in mind, she will get an employee discount on top of that. Probably going to send it to the Philippines and mark it up 10 fold. That being said, this is a store, if you don't want people touching off sale items, get it off the sales floor! Don't treat customers like you do your ten year olds! It will be awhile before I shop here again!!
