I walked in and talked to Mario about my particular project project. I needed help with.I discussed my project with him. As he stared at his computer and sat and barely gave me a second of attention to my needs.After a long moment of silence I realized he wasn't paying attention I left.This place came highly recommended to me by someone at Lowe's. But i'm gonna go back to that guy and tell him he made a big mistake.

I bought a tub from this place yesterday. The price was around 975.00. Delivery was supposed to happen between 8:30am - 11:30 am. The tub was left in the driveway with the invoice inside and naturally the tub was used. That is why it was left in the drive way with the invoice inside of it and the delivery driver never rang the doorbell or anything.

I woket up this morning at 9am. And felt really sick. I saw that a message from my company had come in at 5 am. while I was asleep, for an apt. to deliver here. I couldn't make it. I called talked with Brian, who was really nice and he gave me a new apt. Thanks! great customer service here.

Whoever is managing the counter either has no pride or there employees are too comfortable. I waited for 45 minutes for poor service(except for the guy by the entrance) I walked out and left my material I gathered. I'm usually in a hurry all day. I wouldn't leave without my material unless I was very frustrated

Terrible service and always wait 30 mins for parts. Employees just walk around not doing anything while there are people waiting to be helped.

Do NOT go here. The Henderson store is horrible. They are constantly out of stock. IF!! they have stock it's in the warehouse which takes FOREVER to go and get. The front desk people take a very long time to get you checked out. It is an unnecessary long process.
