If I could give a zero star I would. First time at this location we were helped by a pleasant young man with no issues. We went again to today to ship to the same location and we were told by a short haired blonde woman that they could not help us. We had to use the self service. For some reason it wasn't letting us complete the transaction and asked her for help she said she had no idea what was wrong maybe the system was down to come back in an hour or told us to go to the UPS across the street! She didn't even try to assist us an any way, she needs some customer service training. We went to another FedEx location who was able to help us quickly and with a smile on their face.

I just left this FedEx location and the guys working were very helpful when I did not have a box to ship a return. I did not know I needed a box for the return. They saved me a ton of time! Thanks for the amazing customer service!!!

This must be the most inefficient FedEx Store on the planet. The Manager Dominic needs training in etiquette and management. If you want to spend half a day due to theirnon working computer system do visit them and sit around to be ignored by Dominic. Stay away and go to your local post office which will give you the same options at half the price.

I've never had the pleasure of using FedEx services as I always choose UPS and now I know why this was the worst customer service and the system was down so they couldn't accept packages and the guy at the counter James had an attitude because I chose to scan my QR code with him at the counter as the 1st scan did not provide a confirmation receipt so had the kiosk worked properly I could've avoided an encounter with your rude staff.

I was blown away at how much they have available there, and how many more options they have in terms of what they're able to print or copy or be able to ship. I additionally had no idea that they have office supplies, calendars and some books! (I think mostly work-related.) I came in to ship something and left with my mind blown!!

I had an important print job of 200 brochures that needed to be printed in 24 hours for my grandparents memorial service. I was already stressed about the process, but after talking with Lee she gave me the reassurance that I was in good hands. And I absolutely was! She was able to print and fold all of the brochures by the time I needed to pick them up. And the prints were wonderful! I especially appreciated her lever of expertise when it came to printing. As a Graphic Designer, I will for sure be using this store specifically for all my future printing needs. I am pleased and impressed with Lee's customer service, attitude, and ability to get the job done!

This was by far The worst customer experience I’ve Had in a long time I won’t Mention names, but there is a gentleman that works at this location that was rude, impatient and disrespectful to me. I don’t know too much about printing return stickers, but he made feel really bad . I hope the manager did what she said she was gonna And talk to the staff member.

Had a fast print job to get done for an event. Jen worked closely with me on getting the print job right. The job looked great and was on time. They called me when it was ready which was very helpful.

Are you guys serious? I held on to these books for years waiting to bind them. I finally decided to bind them and you ruin them. I can't even purchase two of the three books anymore. I'm obviously coming back for a refund, but it can't replace the two books I can't get anymore. I'm so, SO frustrated. I can't believe someone so careless and thoughtless works there. Someone who doesn't care about other people just said "F it" and sloppily and lazily cut off words. I can't even use these for my clients or my staff. I'm just so baffled at why your workers would do this? Why on earth would you ruin the books? There was plenty of margin to use on the books. I should have just used the FedEx on eastern, they've perfectly bound my books every single time. I trust you guys once and you screw up so bad that my irreplaceable books are unusable. Completely unbelievable.

Not sure of the supervisor’s name but she is a short lady with glasses & I believe I heard her say that she is from Boston. I’ve had interactions with her two-three times, she is unbelievably rude & not a kind person. This takes the cake what I felt yesterday as she proceeded to say they couldn’t ship aCouple of products that were considered dangerous good, That was fine so I called the 1-800 number for FedEx dangerous good as they said the product that I listed weren’t considered so & they should’ve not restricted it from being shipped. As I needed to ship another package & while there I mentioned what I was told, she went on a tear sarcastically & so unnecessary as I said to her I’m not arguing,just reiterating I made the call & what was said after calling three times to see if I would get the same response & sure enough all three representatives said it was not a dangerous good. Furthermore I said as a consumer what am I to do if you said take care of it this way then being told that’s not the case? Just take the steps to assist in a human manner,if your hands are tied with what you can do at least a customer can be understand rather that you trying your best to make someone fell small or to insinuate we’re idiots meanwhile you’re wearing that exact suite!

Today I used FedEx Printing Services with some apprehension because I received weird digital downloads from Etsy and had no idea what to do with that! I asked the printing desk for help, and not only did Lee help me figure out what to do with these, but once they were printed, they were so much better then I ever expected! And the price was beyond reasonable for the service and product I received. Thanks again, Lee you're the best!
