Just dropped in to use the computer and printing and was able to take care of my needs really quickly (minus the s/w being slow - you can’t blame the center for the CO’s software being so antiquated).
There was a line when I arrived, but the very friendly lady who I could hear took care of all the people very quickly and there was no line after I left 5 mins later. Seems like a great center. It must be the reason why it’s the highest rated one I saw this morning and the one that seems to be closest to the Nevada dmv.

Great location, since it is very close to our home. This store is relatively small, but I have always felt welcomed by the friendly and helpful staff. The store can get crowded at times, which can result in longer than normal waiting times. The store does have a stand-alone self-service drop off box located inside the store. This store appears to be a full-service store offering a variety of services from packing and shipping supplies, to copying and printing. There is also plenty of parking available. Recommend.

I decided to drive further out due to the horrible customer service at my local FedEx, glad I did I was helped by Matt it was a very simple process and he was very efficient I was maybe in there for about 2 min if I have to use FedEx again I'll come to this location

I prefer coming to this location because I'm treated with respect and my needs are well met. It's employees like Leslie and Mykia that help make my experience peaceful. Leslie is knowledgeable, patient, kind, professional and courteous. She relieved so much stress from me with my business projects. I explained to her what I was looking for and she provided me with visual insight that definitely met my vision. I could not have succeeded without her. I've been to other locations, and nothing beats this location. I felt as though I was talking to a wall with employees at different stores, but with Leslie, she effectively listened to my needs, effectively communicated a suggestive plan, executed the plan and delivered results! I appreciate an individual that cares about their customers as opposed to coming into work to collect a paycheck and bounce. Mykia is genuine, polite, positive, and her attention to detail is impressive. She is attentive to customers and her service is outstanding. Mykia greets customers with her willingness and intentionality to ensure they're well taken care of. Her bright smile and enthusiasm helps liven up the store and that speaks volumes.

I mailed a package from this location and was guaranteed delivery by Saturday. Now saying it won’t be delivered until Tuesday ! Why pay for expedited shipping when it does not happen. I will not be using Fed Ex again. Should have done UPS - be aware !

Yolanda at this store in Henderson made my day :) Wasn't sure if I should give them 5 stars for the entertainment or 1 star for the poor behavior. I felt for a moment like I was part of a soap opera tv show. Kinda funny. Walked in with big wrapped item and asked for a QUOTE to know how much this would cost me. Yolanda then asked me how I want to PAY :) so I asked why pay, that I wanted a quote only. This is when her face dropped and she had that killr face, very mean looking. Oh boy, it was scary but also very funny which made me smile and I realized that her mistake made her feel very uncomfortable. Either she starts laughing with me and apologizes but the contrary happened. This is where the fun begins...From that point I knew that I can't expect anything positive and that the quote or anything else she'll give me won't be in any acceptable range. I knew something ridiculous is coming my way as a payback from YOLANDA. :)First she started measuring the item I had with me. It was not in a box but well wrapped as many items I have received before through FEDEX. You would think that measuring something (height/width/length) would be easy but she started wrapping her measuring tape somehow around the item I had with me. I did the same measurements at home and the length was almost 3 feet off, height and width 1 feet off. :D The quote I received was just for a BOX to put my item in there. The ask was$361 just for the box. Soap opera episode without a happy ending :D
