The worst of all the FedEx Office Print ship stores around this is the only one that I know of it's not open on a Saturday for that matter even half a day on Sunday how do they even compete with UPS it's in the same mall that is at least open on Saturdays until 6:00 p.m. I believe it's ridiculous I need to be able to get packages all the way up until at least 9:00 p.m. they need to reconsider their hours Walmart is open why not use some of the employees that got Miss allocated by the self-checkouts and use them during the hours that are off for the FedEx store it's not like Walmart's closing until 11:00 p.m. anyway so expand the hours with some Walmart employees just a suggestion

Among the many that were let down by this company RMP and their incompetence. After paying over $700 for an emergency passport for a trip, they dropped the ball and completely screwed me. If they had done their job properly and caught their mistake in a timely manner I would’ve been able to execute a plan B in time to secure a passport. Their incompetence used up all the time that could have been used to schedule an appointment at the LA office and drive to California. They admitted their failure and refunded all my money. But that was only for the emergency passport service they failed to provide. Think about the hundreds of dollars I spend gathering things to prepare for the trip. Or the hours of missed work running around. I spoke to at least 5 operators. Number 1 dropped the call. Number 2 said there was plenty of time but failed to tell me you can’t do anything on the Monday because of MLK day. The packet went the day after so I called the company to just get some assurances. Number 3 assured me Id receive the passport in time but because of stress and anxiety I decided to upgrade and pay the extra money for the emergency services just to make sure there were no delays. He was amazing an seemed competent and help me relax. Number 4 was so confused. She said the carrier missed an appointment time because of the delay, but may have dropped the paperwork off, but she wasn’t sure. She said she’d call me back. She didn’t. The last operator called me, number 5 asked me how I was doing. I said “that depends on what news you’re about to give me”. She chuckled like it was some kind of joke that her company absolutely destroyed my plans and any chance of getting a passport in time. And guess what she knew they did! She had the itinerary and the departure dates. And she knew they couldn’t get the passport to me. You may be asking yourself what the emergency was let’s just say a relative committed suicide and this cause a huge cluster of problems family wide. This was what I explained in greater detail to 2 of the operators. This wasn’t a joy ride this was a real life serious situation. Everyone I spoke to in the beginning was told why this was important. I took some time to read review after dealing with this nonsense on yelp. Gosh dang it!, I wish I had, I’m not the only one disappointed by their lack of attention to details or their failures. Please if you have an emergency just get ahold of your city hall passport office and then go to the nearest passport office that can issue the passport. Don’t risk it it’s just not worth it if you’re cutting it close. I have now written my congresswoman and the city hall passport department and a supervisor trying to help. The service delivery guarantee is terrible. One person behind the counter and a print order comes in...the whole line has to wait 30-45minutes is unrealistic for an organization like FedEx. I would get it if this was a mom & pop organization. My package was processed in on 12/15 and guaranteed on 12/16 in CA from NV. It's still sitting in the facility in HD today on 12/19 when I called and maybe will get there by 12/21. Not acceptable. Just communicate this to me ahead of time.

This place is garbage! Drove all the way down here when it says they open at 9am on Saturdays to find out they are closed on the weekends! Thanks for wasting my time. Should of known better with a 2.7 on reviews lol

Just an absolute disaster with this driver handling 89015 area on Eastgate 8300 hundred block. This guy says he delivers stuff and putts names on signature pad that no one knows. Doesn't pick up items as he says he has no room and has lost us several business deals equaling half a million dollars over HIS lousy driving and work ethic. Nobody to talk to is terrible and he says no one will ever fire him. Terrible Fed Ex this whole block of business hates this guy. Ruining your biz I am sure.

The guy working the counter right now (approximately 1:30pm) is such a f__king as__ole!!!! He acts like a little b__ch!!! I can't believe he has a "manager" tag. Was extremely rude and unhelpful to not only me but other people that were seeking help. I own a few businesses and have been to many different shipping entities, and I've never dealt with someone like this who is so condescending and has such poor customer service. Never using this location again for my businesses. Gave it a try and regretted it instantly!!

Indirect signature required delivery was sent here after two attempts while I'm not home.. Guess what, can't pick up on a weekend.. It's closed.Add insult to injury two locations across the street are opened on weekend.

I love this FedEx, the staff is always so friendly and helpful and there is rarely a wait. The Walmart it is in is sketchy. Not a nice place at all but I love this FedEx. I always have the best time shipping packages here.

I went in for a interview and I met Rolando the store manager .The interview started out nice until he hit on me and asked me what Gay Bars I like to go to.And if I was on Adam4Adam or Grindr .I was insulted and I left the interview.I think he needs to be fired from his job for making sexual advances towards perspective employees .I am a gay man ,I am not into sleazy old creepy Pilipino men. That made my skin crawl.

I went to this FedEx for the first time in June 2022.James helped me print the labels and prepare the envelopes.Good to know they have a printer there for just 0.17 a page.
