I just got my bill from them for a move out on a house that I went over with a fine tooth comb that was disgusting condition when I moved in. Most of the bathroom light bulbs were all burned out or from different brands and didn't match. I replaced over 20 light bulbs. With no credit from them. They're deducting $500 touch up paint when there was just one nail that I missed. You can see the total of the paint job was changed to a higher number they have no proof of what they did. They just want to take money from you. I am closing the pictures of how it looked when I rented it it was horrible and the smoke detectors were not in working condition nor were they attached to the ceiling. There was outlets that were burned the floors were disgusting, the garage was disgusting, the refrigerator was leaking in the ice maker did not work . This is how they rented it. And now I have to pay $500 to a fake invoice. This house is in better shape than when I rented it. This is a total scam total and I'm going to make sure I write a review on every site I can find. They were probably upset that the house was in great shape and they had to make some money somehow so they falsified this.

I've trusted the owner of this company to be my property manager since my property became a rental. Issues that arise are communicated in a timely manner, market updates, ...anything related to my property is communicated well. There are so many things on my plate but having Faranesh property management providing me service helps so much! I am truly grateful and would continue to use their service. Would absolutely recommend!

Wasim’s team have been looking after my properties over two years. Their team communicate well and always get back to me with questions and requirements. I know I have a great team there to look after my properties and I rely on them. They look after everything a landlord needs to do from beginning to the end. overall, I’m satisfied with their service. There’s definitely a lack of communication and they move at a snails pace. For such a large application fee I expect swift service. I would not recommend them to friends or family

Poor service, unacceptable living conditions, wrongfully accused of not paying rent when there is documented proof of rent being paid on the due date... Documented proof of short comings and incompetence...Will be addressing these issues with Nevada's Legal Department and will be reporting them to the Health Department for illegal and unlawful practices and for non- repair of hazardous living conditions.

The firm is very professional and has been quite attentive to all my needs. They have taken care of everything from listing the property to addressing any maintenance/landscaping needs, all the way to coordinating all tenant-related matters.
I have had no issue at all with this property manager and I would recommend them to anyone looking to outsource their property management responsibilities.
