I highly recommend everyone to come here and check it out. The staff is amazing as well customers service is awesome. Leah is the outstanding. Always greeted, great personality and vibe. She's always there to help with any questions. Love her. I hope management notices how great she does her job. And not only u can pay cash but card as well. Definitely my go to spot.

Dion was the most helpful person I have ever met in my life for customer service, he was informative, kind and answered any questions I had about products available. I couldn't stress enough how much his help meant to me. If I could I would give him a promotion myself but this is the best I can do in hopes he will get a raise in the near future if anything at all.

Man I went in there with a Tiffany ring that I bought from the actual dealer guy tells me it’s worth .50cents I’m like fuk that I’ll keep it. A worm drive saw caught my eye guy said it has a combo set so I said let me check it out in between that I not knowingly set the ring back down on the table checked the combo set out decided imma comeback next week to get that combo set if it’s still there left the .50cent ring there like an air head 5 min later come back for the ring i left on the front counter, guess what they said smh oddly nobody seen it how weird walked around the store for 20 mins never found it.

Dont go to this place all they specialize in are shoes bikes and whites rafael martinez is just as rude as the white lady at the counter. He gave me his number to corp like i was going to call him and complain. Dont go here there are so many other ez pawnS that are the wayy better and friendlier than these people are

Absolutely amazing customer service and care. Purchased a vr headset and was treated with the utmost respect. Worked with me with wanting to test, and sanitize ontop of their spot cleaning they do. Like, whole staff is amazing and friendly. Clearly enjoying their job. Can't wait to purchase from them again.

This place is super DOPE!!!! Really been a EZ customer for YEARS!!! Usually I go to the one on eastern but everynow and then I'll peek in here!!! They have BEAUTIFUL stuff!! There very helpful!!! Shot out to mah boy RAFAEL!!! HE'S THE S*** FO REAL!!! HELPS ME OUT WHEN I NEED A LITTLE EXTRA CASH!! AlSO HOOKED MY HUSBAND UP WITH A BEAUTIFUL LADY FORTUNA PIECE!!! STUNNING!!!
