Nice store but we went looking for jeans for my daughter eho needs a larger size jeans and no one could tell me what size the womens jeans went up to in the store. The associate asked a few others and no one knew. For a size that small they should know this

Terrible customer service. There were no customers and 3 employees that I could see working. I walked past them 3 times and not once did anyone greet me nor offer assistance. When I checked out, the 2 girls seemed miserable. Will try Town Square next time.

Apparently, Express does not refund points. When I returned clothing today, I used $5 worth of points, and I asked about it. The cashier consulted with another employee who then called a manager. They then told me that Express does not refund points. I know other stores like Macy's does, so I went there next and my days with Express are likely over.

Don't get me wrong; this is my favorite store and it's always clean, organized and the employees are helpful. The rating is because it's not well stocked like it used to be; I have to browse online or have to go to a bigger store to get what I want. I still like to try things in the store before I buy.

This store is organized very well. The sales associates were welcoming and attentive. I really appreciated the ease of shopping where all of the merchandise is clearly sectioned by size. The sale items were awesome.

Selection could be better. Didn't have a lot of sizes in stock. Returned an item couldn't get a courtesy credit for it because the system wouldn't allow them too. Not really a good explanation. I've been shopping at Express for over 18 years so I was pretty disappointed.
