That’s being returned today for maintenance.” -Lauren at enterprise“We have a move-out t o d a y.” - us“Well we tried to call you and your number was wrong.” - Lauren at enterprise“Can you try it now?” - us“Sure.” - Lauren at enterprise-the call rings though fine-“I also emailed you.” - Lauren at enterprise-we got through all the emails and junk mail-“No - email. Just the confirmation of rental” -us“Sorry. You’re on the waitlist.”- you mean sorry, we’re SOL. Thanks for the superb customer service.

Just don't use them if you don't have to. No matter how much business you give them, it's likely they will still find petty opportunities to charge extra or worse... simply not make you feel valued as a customer. I rented for 3 years as a commercial account, and had a few pleasant experiences with some staff over that time, but never consistent with customer service level or policy implementation.

Enterprise team was courteous and very professional. They must have sensed that when they selected a van for me that I was nervous about driving a smaller brand and they gave me a very beautiful Chevrolet fan to use while my car was in the shop. I really appreciate enterprise car rental! Enterprise car sales is also a very amazing part of this company as I have bought two cars from them!

Had a horrible experience, I rented a car, noticed many scratches an small dents on the car. I asked if it was drivable because all these issues during the inspection it looks like it has been in an accident. They said there should be no problem. A day later the tire exploded. I made enterprise aware of the situation an they said I can exchange the car the next day. I tried to exchange it the next day an there was no cars anywhere available to exchange. Even the tow truck person said it was unsafe to drive because the other tires seem to be in the same condition an can explode also at any time. I was still charged the tow fee even with this defective car. I would not recommend to anyone.

We was with the reservation # and they say that there's no car available and ask for the manager to ask another location and just give to us a business card and we need to go we asked to him to call to see if any avaliable and he just was speaking with his co-workers like if we don't exist we were in front desk and he wasn't calling to see what he can do for us. Terrible experience, bad customer service // definitely not recommend this location due to bad customer service and terrible experience

Worse experience ever with rental car company. Booked a truck months in advance all to be told they did not have. Ruined my 4 day vacation as could not find another. Thanks for costing me a $1,000 on my non refundable cabin rental.

The employees were courteous and polite. I was checked in quickly, then I waited, and waited, and waited. It took well over half an hour for me to get from check-in to actually going to a car. Then we had to go through the check and scribble all the little boxes on the tablet. Finally I got to go. No, wait! I wasn’t gone. The tank was only half full and I was headed out on a trip. So after waiting and then having the inconvenience of having to fill up the tank I was over an hour late getting started. As I said the employees were very courteous, no complaint there. But their system for processing and getting people in fully gassed up cars really needs to be reviewed. This falls directly on management for not monitoring the customer experience.

Ok Enterprise. Here comes Sole proprietor...We have been renting from enterprise Las Vegas for about 7 to 18 years. I know, huge - gap lol.But for the first time I experienced a horrar, Tragedy even ...The thuck broke down, Just imagine,You, by your lonsome in the middle of the mojave dessert (during the winter). Only a glimpst of nothing (many other motor vehicles ) as far as the eye could see (literally 1/4 mile or less away from a fuel stop with many vehicles passing by).Ugh ummm. Any way dramma aside. The vehicle broke down. Our broker was on top of it but for some reason road side doesn't really understand the preasure and cost or losses of a breakdown there of.So I decided to (with permission of enterprise)To get the vehicle on the road myself.With 35 mile an hour winds, wits and the grace of GOD I dragged myself to the nearest light post, I then, with my bare hands of course (with a hand tool ) yanked a peice of wire off and took the wire wrapping it around a 4" and 1" hose who somone at THE SHOP made the SILLY MISTAKE of either not putting a hose clamp back or tightining the clamp back to the proper torch specs.So with all my might, and the wonderfull knowledge and permisssion of my broker I heaved amd howed untill we got the truck back on the road and back to the Hitchin post (The Deisal truck at an after hours rental return location).As I hooved it back to my oxen wagon(an old 1999 international ) I was on the phone with my broker. (Long story short lol ). They corrected the situation and I will continue to do business with enterprise...Thank you.
