I live in Henderson and always rent from here. . I have to travel to California a few times a month and rent car to do so. Abby the manager is awesome. She is very helpful and friendly. She always helps me to get the best available car and best rates. She even gives me a ride home. She seems to do it all, moves cars , washes cars, and answers phones. I like this location.

Tried to give me a vehicle that was still dirty and that had low tire pressure. She wanted me to go to a tire shop after I left to have them fill it up. Not cool.Was also quoted different prices.

Scheduled a rental car with the Henderson Boulder Highway location of Enterprise while my car was in the shop. Called and confirmed that the car was available at 11 which would allow me to make an 11:30 appt. When I arrived the staff were busy, so waited a few minutes to be helped, but once we started the rental process I told my ride they could leave. After my ride left and the paperwork was complete I had to wait for the car. I ask how long it would take and was told they do not like to give time estimates. At 11:30 I demanded to know how long I needed to wait (5 minutes, 5 hours, 5 days). I was told 40 minutes, fully one hour past the scheduled time. Frustrating! immediately got an uber to my appt and skipped the rental. I don't understand why when I called I was not told it would be about noon for the car to be ready. Would have picked the car up later. The staff are busy, I understand, but they seemed uninterested in my dilemma, only interested in renting a car regardless of customer inconvenience. Staff could definitely use some customer service training. If you have to rent here, I would confirm the car is ready before you arrive.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any business! Booked a full size truck on 7/3/23 to be picked up on 7/11/23. I receive a phone minutes before pick up stating that they didn't have the vehicle ready but are working on getting it and when they do, I would get a call back for pick up. Called their office numerous times with no answer. I also called the 800 # to let them know the situation and was told to wait for the phone call. Had to cancel our family trip. It is now 7/18/23 and still no phone call, not even an apology. I have emailed the CEO and VP of North American operations in hopes they won't let this happen to another family and ruin their trip. Do not let this happen to you. I highly recommend renting from a competitor that will provide better customer service.

The best Enterprise Customer service experience I've ever had. (and I rent a LOT of cars) There were only two people working when I went to pick up my car. The one person working inside was fielding issues, phone calls, pick ups and drop offs all at once with ease. Then ran outside to pull cars around to help the one other person working. Then at pickup, the person working came out and helped me flag down my Uber driver who had missed the turn into the parking lot when he saw me standing outside in the heat.

Went to rent a car on the 9th of June and this rental was the first one we've got in years. It was for a funeral trip that was in California. I would like to commend both Lauren and Abby (apologies if that's not correct spelling) for making both picking the vehilce up and returning the vehicle very easy and painless. Service was excellent!Thank you!

When picking up my rental it wasn't ready I had to wait an hour past pick up. even after they called to verify. They did make up for there mistake and the manager was amazing! I left happy with a clean van.

I don’t recommend this company due they have bad quality on their tired.On my van back from San Diego to Las Vegas, I got a flat tire on the freeway, I had paid for the assistance service on the road, so I called the enterprise to notify them. 1 hr and 1/2, the AAA arrived, they changed the tire and I had to Return 20 more minutes to the San Diego airport to change the car.I missed my day at work the next day, I had to drive late at night instead of during the day as I had planned. The tires on both of their vehicles were completely in bad conditions. I am blessed that it did not lead to an accident.I called to find out if I was going to get some of my money back for the inconvenience and Ruth from the Henderson office was very kind at first but then she asked me that I wanted a refund for just one tire, I answer that I was not the tired but the success and all my plans changed, plus I could attend at work as I had, I asked to speak to a manager but she said he was not available.

Excellent service. They gave me an upgrade for the same price for the vehicle I had chosen. Very nice clean location. Fast and easy in and out service. Friendly professional staff. I will be back!

We arrive around 1:30 AM the staff was great the process to getting the car was fast it took about 30 from walking to drive out. We took the shuttle at the airport took about 10 min to get there. Very nice service and the car was clean.
