I had nothing but great experiences with this shop! My car came out looking brand new. Even after waiting forever for insurance to actually pay out on the repairs, I was kept up to date every step of the way from Jeff. He was wonderful and a pleasure to speak with every time! I'll for sure recommend this shop if anyone needs repairs

This is one of the best vehicle shops I have been to so far in Vegas! They went the extra mile and made sure my truck was fixed with only factory parts! The communication and constant updates on my truck repair progress was amazing. My truck came back looking better than new!

First of all, Frank is a very engaging guy. I brought my car in for some deep scratches, and a dent in my front bumper. I also had some small scratches in my back bumper but I didn't want to pay to have them done. Frank told me he could make them look a lot better and he wasn't going to charge me. Who does that? I told him, if he could make them look a lot better I'd give him some extra money, but I would be the judge if I would pay him or not. When I went to pick up my car I went straight to the back of my car. I immediately shelled out a bunch of twenties and handed them to him. No sense in trying to get out of that bet. Unbelievable improvement. Then I checked my front bumper. It was perfect. The dent, the paint match were just perfect. He had given me some options on how he could repair my car. I took the cheapest option and I cannot imagine how spending more could have made my car look any better. Thank you Frank. He is now my go-to guy.

Horrible customer service on the phone. Whoever answers the phone ruined it for me and im extreamly frustrated and don't want anyone else going through what I'm having to go through with them. If you have state farm and they are suggesting you go here for repairs do your self a favor and go ANYWHERE else. Extreamly rude and unprofessional. Not helpful at all when in a bind. If I could give zero stars I would.

This is the place to go if you need a vehicle fixed! Frank and his team do amazing work. The paint matched my car perfectly and can’t even tell something happened.. it looks better than before! This place is the best i truly do recommend them. After writing so many negative reviews of other companies I’m glad to write a good one for an outstanding company and group of men who have exceeded all my expectations in this experience. They are very thorough, professional and efficient and keep you in the know the whole way through the process. I had approached East Coast Collision to fix a hood issue. Jeff was great to work with and looked it over, determining that I had a different issue. He explained the options and ultimately I decided to have them complete the work. When the e parts came in I received a call to set up the installation. The work was completed expertly and quickly. Great experience!

My car was stolen and after it was recovered Frank took my car in and did a great job restoring it and getting it back to me in amazing condition. He was very patient answering all of my questions, addressing concerns and in his dealing with my insurance, the parts shortages due to hyundai thefts and all of the challenges that were involved taking my car in.
