Well I was not expecting to visit this DXL in henderson. The paradise location had caught on fire and is closed. However this DXL had a great staff, I was greeted as I entered and was asked what brings me in. And was assisted whenever i had a question. This was a great customer service experience. Plenty of inventory to choose from. So for any big man who's looking for clothes that fit well. DXL is the spot for you.

Associates friendly but no help, stores angled more towards big people not tall people. Largest shoe size was a 15.

My friend and I went in looking for a range of outfits and the salesperson, Randy, provided one of the best sales experiences I've ever had. He helped us match clothes and find the perfect fit for my friend who has a very difficult time finding clothes that he feels good in. He went the extra mile every step of the way and I sincerely could not praise him enough. Absolutely amazing service and great styling opportunities to boot.

The person working at the store was amazing! I needed to return items I ordered online that were too big and she made the process simple and painless. Took less than 10 minutes to find replacements and check out. I felt bad because I think she was the only person at the store.

I can always find what I am looking for in my size. They can be a bit on the more expensive side, but I have come to learn you get what you pay for - especially when it comes to clothes.

Inventory was sparse. Quality materials were non-existent. At least the clothes fit which you cannot get at other stores.

Men's big and tall sizes are available in store or shipped to your home if needed. Clerks were helpful in offering different option.

Every time my best friend comes in Vegas for vacation, she always goes at DXL. It's a little expensive but we always find what she wants for her husband. I like this place. Workers are nice and very helpful.
