Good selection of shoes and sizes, they just never seem to have exactly what I want. Check out is slow.

I shopped online before going to the store. They ended up either not having the shoes in stock or didn’t have my size to try on. I was able to try on a few choices in an attempt to see what size I should order on line. A positive is that once I get the shoes, if they do not fit or are not comfortable, I can return them... read full comment

Shoe selection for men’s dress shoes was very limited. I hadn’t been there in a few years, but things have changed. Also, it’s hard to get help within the store. Sales people are nonexistent.
