i bought an apple card there and after i bought it it was lost in the code holder and i told the staff about it they said call the phone number on the card i called and there was no response and i lost my money

This Dollar Tree used to be so nice, but the shelves are always bear nothing Hardly available I see that there's a new Dollar Tree. Opening up on race track and Boulder highway across the street from that Walgreens. But don't know the opening date. When I did ask the girl about it at the store, She said that they're going to still stay open this. This store always has homeless people outside of it. It's run down in the last 3 years. It's sad.

One cashier on at 12:30 on a Sunday. Manager running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Poorly managed, staffed. Watched a few folks put their stuff down and walk out rather than wait in the ridiculous line.

Store racks and shelves are over half empty. Disappointed. Did not have Dawn Blue Dishsoap nor Voltage soda.

Customer service is not guaranteed. In fact, it is usually non-existent. Cluttered isles, loooong lines to check out, parking is usually very difficult, especially if you're disabled. For the most part, they stay stocked up with essential items & craft supplies. Always have indigents & drug addicts loitering outside. It's not horrible, but it's not fantastic either.

Severely understaffed. Usually there are several registers open, but today only 1 checker & it resulted in a long line when we went to buy our items. She was FANTASTIC- friendly and fast. Was able to have a small convo while ringing us up quickly. ☺️
