As a first time storage unit renter, I wasn't sure what to expect.
Upon sending in an online request for a space, Tad guided me through my entire experience. He was diligent, helpful and overall supportive of my storage process. It was a seamless process, and I appreciate Tad taking the time to walk me through it. 11/10 recommend Dollar Self Storage!

We, my son Jess and I, have been with Dollar Self Storage for a couple of years now. Moving back and forth from NV to California and AZ. The business is well kept, clean and just what we need. The employees are very helpful and cooperative.

I have a storage unit in this location, to be the first time having a storage it's been great, they are friendly and the price is affordable and gives you options for sizes and prices. Having units with and without AC is very secure and you paid one dollar for your second month.

New tenant here! So last year when my mother passed we had to get a storage unit to put most of our 4 bedroom house into storage and move to a small apartment. We went with the closest one to where we lived, it started out fine, then after 2 months in there, they raised the rent 100%... they doubled it, then before a year mark they raised the rent again another 50%. Needless to say we weren't going to give that place anymore money. This place is close to our apartment, they are reasonably priced, they have carts for tenants to use, they actually have a restroom there for the tenants to use, its clean, the staff is great, AND ITS SINGLE STORY!!! I am hopeful that our rent doesn't go up for a while... we are struggling, but I am happy with this new location.

Derrick was amazing and helped with everything that I needed to rent the storage space. He let me see the unit and went through the agreement and explained the fine details to me thoroughly. Great Experience!!!
