They had a flood and all of our inventory was ruined. I walked in to find our office wide open and no one around. Anyone could have walked in there and taken anything they wanted to.

Great staff, very helpful and the place is near to major freeways and various business. Clean inside and spaciuos and open or cover parking spaces, also fair office rental prices. They also have day office and Meeting rooms at affordable prices. Safe and 24 hours entry for their tenants.

We rented the large conference room and it was perfectly equipped for our meeting with 12 people. All the amenities including a kitchen. Easy parking, nicely decorated. Would use the space again!

I am incredibly satisfied with the services at Premier Workspaces. I am an existing tenant and intend to make Premier the home for my business for the foreseeable future. The kitchenette is always clean and stocked. Fresh coffee is provided daily and before COVID-19, Premier provided Einstein Bagels every Friday for their tenants. Billing and invoicing are a breeze and do not require a fancy portal or online service to tender payment. I simply write a check and hand it to the front desk each month. Speaking of which, Lisa and Brigette are incredible! They are polite, professional, and a great face for the front desk when new and existing clients arrive. Several of my clients have commented what a positive first impression Lisa and Brigette are upon arrival. They know every tenant by name, gladly pull our mail upon arrival, and immediately drop off packages upon delivery. During the COVID-19 crisis, hand sanitizer and masks are freely provided at the front desk for clients and strict mask requirement are enforced for the safety of tenants and our guests. I couldn't be more happy doing business with Premier. Highly recommended.

Premier workspaces has been one of the best investments we have made as a business. From the moment our clients enter the building they are greeted by two wonderful ladies who always have a smile on (thanks Lisa and Brigette!) The kitchen is always stocked with everything we need and is spotless. Bathrooms are always clean and stocked as well. There is a sense of calm that is felt throughout the building and I believe that it is due to the efficient manner in which the workspaces are run. We intend on staying here at premier for the foreseeable future and growing our business. Thank you, Premier!

Great place to base your business. Clean professional looking facility,,,copy center, meeting offices and board rooms. The on-site receptionists Lisa and Bridget make the place feel jolly and happy yet very businesslike rivaling the best casino and legal office managers. They always use the utmost tact and can handle any special phone or mail instructions with ease.Candice is there occasionally and can easily handle any special questions if you need something higher up the food...it was even better at one time when it had a professional sounding name of Premier Business Centers. But some metrosexual millennial I bet thought "workspaces" was cooler......great!! Now it sounds like a place to rent a pottery studio, blow glass or make macrame doilies and I can wear my crocs, drink foo foo lattes and "work" in my adult coloring books....isn't that special

Not only was the gentleman on the phone rude and disrespectful but he refused to help me over the phone. After being put on hold two separate times he told me to email him with the VIN number and weight of my vehicle along with several other things that I already told him over the phone. Chaz “the owner†needs to take pride in doing his job.
