I’d call this the worst discount tire experience I’ve had so far - and that says alot I’ve been to many locations in various states over years for a lot of my vehicles and this one was the worst
I went online, ordered my tires and paid in advance. The website sold me on this because it touted a quick check in process, speedy service and prioritized service bay assistance and I didn’t experience any of that. It took forever to check in with several people in line and one man helping everyone. I never got a notice that my car was checked in after they took my key and they serviced several cars before mine. I’m convinced the only reason they took my car back is because I went up and asked an hour after my service appointment time slot and pointed out it was still sitting in the parking lot where I left it. I’m not sure why their website claims prepaid customers get ‘first available bay’ privileges it’s just not true.
Overall I’m disappointed. Mostly in myself because I thought the ‘prepay and get great service’ hype. Also disappointed because I couldn’t cancel and rebook somewhere else at a sister location without a lot of hoops and hassle. Fair warning - don’t expect amazing customer service or fast work here. I’m glad I brought snacks for while I wait.
I will still be a discount tires customer after this, but I will never ever come back to this location. Hard pass.

Kudos to Jordan, and the staff at Discount Tire off of Sunset.
Jordan's can-do attitude made my terrible day with a flat Tire a little easier to manage. Upon arrival, Jordan took charge of the situation, put my mind at ease, and got my vehicle handled in a reasonable time.
I so much appreciate the excellent customer experience Jordan and his teammates gave us in the midst of a miserable day.
I will surely be coming back.

Discount Tire exceeded my expectations today! Yesterday I called Discount Tire because I wanted to set up an appointment for the next day. However, they did not have my specific tires in stock. Sean F ordered them for me and told me that they would come in the same day if we ordered them now. Today I went in at my scheduled time and Sean F was there to help me at the counter. I paid and he told me it was going to be about a 45 minute wait. They got it done about 30 minutes! I don’t remember my last tire change being that quick at Big-O Tires.
I want to thank Sean F and the staff for being quick, informative, and professional. Everything went super smooth and they definitely exceeded my expectations!

Stopped in for air check, Adam was great! I advised him that my husband had marked a spot where there was a nail in the tire. He said they could do the repair, which should be done within 45 minutes. I was there an hour and checked on status. I was told my vehicle was to be next in. Thirty minutes later, my car still wasn't in the bay. I had to leave to go to work. Three people came and went after I got there and got checked in. I have had the same repair done at another DT location and they never made me wait that long for a 10 minute repair. I will not return to this location.

Bad service they kept me waiting for 2 hours and when it comes to selling, fast but since it was now tire rotation they take a long time and ignore you.????

Awesome service! Arrived at closing with a nail in tire and Cisco fixed it right away for us. He definitely put the customer first and we really appreciate it. Highly recommend this location

I have mixed feelings. On the one hand, I am sooo appreciative that discount tire repairs flat tires free of charge. I had gotten a nail in my tire and had to get my car towed in. The sales rep scanned my tires and for some reason the tread showed as 4. I had just gotten my multi point inspection done at my dealership half a year ago and my tires were 6-7. I wfh and hardly drive my car so this was so odd to me! Anyways, the scare that I got when the rep told me I would need to buy 4 new tires quoting me $430+. Of course I do understand the reasoning and safety precautions behind their recommendation but I told him I was not prepared to purchase 4 new tires. I had been reassured by multiple people my tire was definitely repairable. At that point he agreed to have the tech look at it. Turns out it was a small nail so they patched it for free. I was so relieved but they did end up scratching my rim pretty badly ): I wanted to come back to purchase new tires but now I'm hesitant to have my car serviced here again.

I came in the store to get a flat fixed. Sean the service guy came and looked at the tires and said that everything looks good and that the sensor is just being sensitive. Going back and forth he finally got the machine, and it detected the tire needed to be fixed. The two customers who came after me not only left 20 min before me but had their cars parked in the front of the store to be driven off. I on the other hand had to get my car from the repair bay where it's dangerous and unsafe . Either they are racist or sexist but I was extremely disappointed . This is totally unprofessional.
