Came out to my car after work and saw I had a nail in my new tire. It was in the tread so they were able to fix it and it was free. Cool beans. Thanks for not making my day from bad to worse.

Exceptional customer service by Kaleb and Owen at this location. These guys got our truck in quickly and patched our tire in less time than they had stated to get us back on the road for our trip to Arizona. We were very thankful for their professionalism and quality of service and hope their manager, Matthew sees this message to give them some kudos! We highly recommend this location to all!

Had the worst experience in this store today. Definitely wasted my entire afternoon. Bought to tire to replace my worned out front tires. I asked to rotate the tires so that the new tires will be at the rear. First, I waited for a long time since they called my old number even if I gave them my new number before I stepped out to hang out at nearby Lowe's. Second, after paying & picking up the vehicle on my way home, they called to inform me that they removed the wrong tires. They replaced the rear tires and did not touch the front tire. Had to drive back and waited while they replaced the front tires. Third, I notice that the tire presures were not balance so I asked to double check it. Got home and the tires were still showing unbalanced pressure. Had to pass by Costco to do it myself. Forth, have some specialized tire Tesla valve covers. Noticed when I got home that 1 was missing. Luckily, they found it when I called. Had to drive back again to pick it up. Such a waste of time.

Excellent customer service! I purchased 4 brand new tires + new windshield wipers. It took them 45 minutes to install everything. The entire process from start to finish was quick and easy!

I had the best experience at Discount Tires. The entire staff was kind and helpful. Very clean store. The atmosphere was relaxing. Cruz, the assistant manager, was very knowledgeable.

I had an emergency flat repair and they had 20 minutes til closing. Got me in and out in 15 minutes! Nick was sooooo polite and needs to be recognized for it. No charge for the flat repair so I tipped $20 for their fast hard work. Everything was PERFECT. Thanks team!

They have seviced my vehicle's tires since 2016 and I have had no problems, customer service was always A-1 in my experiences! I would recommend the Marks street Henderson location.

Let me say this is by far the most efficient tire place that I have gone to ever. I had a huge nail in my back tire and they were able to get me in and out in less than an hour, and may I also mention that the service was complementary. The staff were very friendly and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. They also have pretty good deals on tires so check them out.
