Nearly lost a wheel on my truck while towing 5th wheel recently. I suspect that wheel was not torqued at all. This happens when four techs work on one vehicle. Rim is now trash and $340 in repairs to replace sheared studs. Thank God we did not die.......
Also had a new set of tires put on polished aluminum custom rims. I watched one of the managers scratch up one of the rims while pulling valve stem when he used the outside lip (vs inside) of rim as fulcrum point to use his valve stem tool. I pointed it out damage but he didn't care. Never again.........

Seems they forgot how to torque to specs. Broke not one but two wheel studs right next to each other. Calibrated torque wrenches should be used, not an impact gun with a supposed torque stick that is not calibrated. Salesman/ manger just pawned off the damage to another shop to repair. No receipt, no apology. Terrible customer service.

Honestly, I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! Great service! These guys work hard! I definitely recommend. Came in needing a tire repaired due to a nail and they took care of it with a reasonable wait time! Definitely getting my new tires here!

I had an appointment for a tire rotation/balance and it took 45mins, which seemed kind of long!! But they kept me up to date and I'm always happy with the service. Will always use this store.

Ordered 4 tires on Thursday and installed on Friday morning. Price was the same as other tire shops, but great service. In and out in 40 minutes. Thank you guys! Your the best!

The crew at Discount Tire on Lake Mead in Henderson are the best. I always go there because they are knowledgeable and always treat you right! I just ordered tires and wheels from them and had to order them as they were custom wheels, they always kept me informed. Colby was the best! I had an issue with one of the TPMS sensors and he came out and got it programmed right away! They are always a busy store but do a great job which is probably why. Great job again Discount Tire. Thanks again to all the staff that helped me.

Bought new wheels and tires and had them installed at a discount tire. I've been to several different locations and had to return for balance issues Every. Single. Time.
Again, brand new wheels and tires. Zero excuse to have this issue and beyond frustrating to have to waste my free time in a tire shop.
Great people, always. Otherwise great customer service, always. But this is unacceptable.

Its is difficult to get an employee to acknowledge that you have come into the business. At least by some employees. I understand they are busy but telling a customer we will be with in a moment takes a second. No one said anything for 10 minutes or so. One employee walked by me close enough to touch and said nothing. Customer service training is needed in my opinion

On April 27th, my husband and I dropped off my car because the sensor was going off. They were supposed to rotate tires and fix the leak they found.
My sensor alerted me to a low tire in the same spot again. I figured either the sensor was going bad or they didn't rotate the tires.
They told me today they didn't have record of my visit. I asked if that meant that they didn't do anything to my car. He said he couldn't tell me because I didn't have a receipt. I ask if I could speak to a manager and he said he was one and proceeded to speak OVER me to my husband about my car. Needless to say, I have always bought my tires there and I won't be a customer after today.
I found and showed him my text messages telling my vehicle was ready and that didn't matter.
Simply acknowledge that you guys messed up, apologize, and don't disregard the actual owner of the car to speak to her husband and you could have kept my business. I'm the one that insists on going there and buying the most expensive tires for my car. Your loss not mine.

The guy upfront William was really nice, we were late for our appointment ( got there at 5:40pm )and he was flexible. The guys working on my tire fixed it fast. No complaints here! Best shop ever i recommend coming here
