The service wasn’t good . The black guy didn’t help us at all. Big guy . I think he’s not happy with his job . Doesn’t know what customer service is . Next time pls hire somebody that knows what they’re doing and has manners .

I buy everything online. I do not enjoy shopping AT ALL. So I dreaded having to go back to exchange some shoes after Christmas. To my delight, I was served by the most knowledgeable shoe expert I have ever encountered. Although he was very busy, he took the time to guide me to the correct shoe based on my high arch and for the purpose I was needing the shoe. I'm telling you.... there are days I can barely walk after a long day, I'm on my feet so much. Thank you for having such wonderful staff like Tylan. He is an asset to your team!

I was in to holiday shop and the Store Manager Wade is the most disrespectful man. He made fun of my religion and my relationship with Christmas. Including but not limited to how I look because he thought I didn’t receive the service I wanted after I had asked for a stock check for a foam roller. No manager role does or says that. Never will shop here in my life as I have been a buyer for years.

Giving the 2 star because as I just got off the phone with customer service at headquarters asking them about their military discount policy! She let me know that it’s the managers discrepancy . So noted that this particular store in the Gallaria mall, off of sunset road in Henderson, NV doesn’t feel that serving your country at the very least deserves a discount. And plenty of money was spent, it’s not like we don't spend money there!

We purchased a wagon in 2022 and was never told that we needed to text a picture of our receipt to some 6 digit number. A year later the wagon wheel is falling apart and some other pieces to the wagon. I call the store and speak with several people and a manager, and they can only go back 90 days to find any transaction details and they aren't able to help me. I asked them what can I do regarding my warranty that I paid for, and all their responses were, call the warranty department or customer service, which I did several times asking the same questions and because I don't have the transaction details, they can't help me, but they have my money. MAKE SURE IF YOU PURCHASE A WARRANTY TO TEXT IT TO THE NUMBER OR SAVE YOUR RECEIPT OR YOU WILL HAVE NO WARRANTY COVERAGE, BUT THEY WILL HAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
