My husband and I lived in a beautiful older home in Las Vegas for almost twenty years. He passed away unexpectedly and I did not know what to do. I was teaching full time, the closest family member was approximately 700 miles away and the house needed some updating along with regular maintenance. I realized that I needed to move out of state and get the house ready to list and put it on the market at some point. A friend recommended Corcoran Global Living and I am beyond grateful for this suggestion. My husband passed away in April, I started thinking about selling (and met Diana) in June. Didn't list the house until the following February (so eight months later) and Diana worked with me every single step of the way - through the grief and loss, the regular maintenance, the minor updates - helping me find plumbers, electricians, structural engineers and foundation experts, housecleaners, etc. even going so far as to be at the house to meet these people when I couldn't be. All of this without me signing a contract, just using a simple verbal agreement; her word. I cannot, will never be able to thank her enough for her expertise, her empathy, her time, her professionalism. She is an amazing person and an incredible realtor (and the house sold the day it went on the market).Can't recommend her strongly enough.
