This company was subcontracted through Home Depot. We were very disappointed with their work from start to finish. They were delayed in scheduling our measurement appointment, then cancelled and rescheduled that appointment several times, and then were delayed in actually scheduling the installation. On installation day, they were confused on the job they were doing and both the workers and us called the management team to get clarification. Upon leaving, we discovered they didn’t actually complete elements of the installation so we competed it for them because we didn’t want to work with them any longer.
I would not recommend using this company.

Desert Eagle Stone is the BEST! We only trust their measurements, fabrication, sourcing, demolition, designing (with our input), and installation. Domingo and Anthony are budget and time conscious, as well as creative Artists. Peter and Alan are diligent, hard working and very experienced. Alan was always on time and worked all day efficiently. They are flexible when issues/changes arise. The entire Team has completed all of our bathrooms so well with the WOW factor every time!

If I could rate this 0 stars I would. We had to obtain a refund on our order because the people are so clueless here. We wasted so much time selection material and waiting for it to even arrive just to wait even longer for it to be installed. Then when they came it was the WRONG COLOR! Chera has no idea what she is even doing. She is so rude and so clueless! Thankfully Home Depot was able to refund me my money. The customer service here is absolutely disappointing. What a joke. If you plan to get countertops here just go directly through Brian or any of the men, not Home Depot. Chera will manage to ruin your project.

We recently had our countertops done by Desert Eagle Stone & they did an amazing job. They told me where to go select the stone we wanted, then gave me an estimate quickly (within 48 hours). We called them when our cabinets were in and they templated within a few days. The completed countertops were ready to install with in a week & a half of the measurement. They showed up when they said they would & the joints in my countertops are perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I engaged Desert Eagle Stone to do a facelift of our master bathroom. The first part was installing a granite countertop and under mount sink. Absolutely beautiful workmanship! Polite and efficient employees!

I purchased new kitchen countertops from Home Depot. Desert Eagle Stone removed the old countertops and installed the new. Gustavo and Andres did an excellent job.

Delay, delay, promises, promises are all you will get from these guys. Company has no-showed on me three days in a row. First day they did'my bother calling and only emailed me the day after (Saturday), saying they would have to look at their schedule. Then told me I was on for that Monday. They then called 10 minutes before their arrival window was expired saying they did not have all of the pieces finished for the install. Rescheduled for the next day. Third day, no show, no call. I called them and they advised the installer had problems with his truck. Can't speak to the quality of the work because they just keep delaying the job but it is clear they have no respect for their customer's time or money.

I had Domingo and his crew fabricate and install an entire custom home of stone. I’m retired from the construction industry so you can say I’m very picky and know what quality work is and my experience was 10/10 with the entire experience.

It's almost 3 months & we're still waiting to have the counter tops installed. We had the cabinets installed, but it has been a hassle dealing with this company. Between Home Depot & this company, very unprofessional. We might end up asking for a refund and another contractor very soon!

My mother and I have had problems with this company. We arranged with Home Depot, whom have been wonderful and very helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for Desert Eagle. They have been very inconsistent, unreliable, and difficult to work around. Especially the receptionists and the people who are supposed to arrange the schedule. There have been MULTIPLE instances where Desert Eagle has not informed us for preparations, schedules, and regulations the workers are contracted under. In addition, they were supposed to finish working on our kitchen counter the next day because they ran out of the tiles. No one showed up on that supposed day. My mom had to call the company and leave a voice message informing them of their mistake. Thankfully, Home Depot was very understanding of how difficult Desert Eagle has been. Unfortunately, we will have to stop asking Home Depot for remodeling if it means having to work with Desert Eagle. I will only give them 1 star for at least getting the job done, but they need to be more punctual, more ethical, and work around schedules where their customers are available.

Absolutely awful, I bought countertops through home Depot and was advised by home Depot that the process would take three maybe four weeks tops. Not when desert eagle was involved. They sent someone out to measure the countertops a week later, that person couldn't tell me whether or not it was going to cost more or less than what I had already paid. They told me that desert eagle would call me. That never happened. A week later I called them. They said they would call me back if the price was more. A week after that I call them again, they said it's going to be another 2 to 3 weeks before the material comes in but I wouldn't be paying more. 3 weeks goes by. I call them to ask them where the material is. They said oh it's come in. We're going to schedule you now. They scheduled me 3 weeks out which was today. They scheduled me between 8:00 and noon and at 7:30 someone comes to take the sink out which is an outside company from them at 8:30 they call me to tell me they can't come because someone called out. They basically tell me that they can't schedule me again until Saturday because they're booked 3 weeks out and they can't mess up anybody else's appointments even though mine was clearly messed up and I had already taken work off for this project to be done all because one person called out in a company which apparently doesn't anticipate anyone to ever call out. It's not about the fact that someone called out. It's the complete lack of communication I've gotten from beginning to end and at no point, has anyone tried to make my job a priority. As a customer, you actually want to feel like you're a priority. I called home Depot. Got a refund. I'll never use them ever.
