Coach Matt was amazing! We attended a 2 hour soccer training, and the kids worked hard the entire time. He taught fundamentals, skills, dribbling, passing with purpose, etc. The gym was very clean and well taken care of. The other trainer was super friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it!

Our family has been with D1 for a year and are still just as impressed with the team as we were on day 1! Our children have improved so much in their sports and it really feels like a second family every time we walk into the gym. Hands down the best training facility out there for children and adults!

We do their homeschool class and it is a great workout for my 3 kids (aged 8, 10, and 12)! They do agility training as well as some weight training. Gets my kids nice and tired and the coaches are great!

My son and his friend love the development training class. It's a great way to keep them active and teach them the proper way to work out! They make it super fun for the kids!

This is a terrific gym with superb trainers, all in a cool colourful atmosphere and modern facility.It is great to be challenged in the fitness realm by supportive and encouraging trainers.Something a little different and more focused than the typical "fitness classes" gyms offer.Noticed it had a real family atmosphere too with classes for peeps of all ages and levels.Shout out to the team who welcomed us Jill and Devon.

Coach Kyle and D1 Henderson have been amazing for our son. Not only has his physicality improved, but what it has done for his mental acuity and confidence is priceless. We are so glad we stopped one random Sunday to check it out, try a class, and changed our son’s life.

Great facility and coaches with a welcoming and supportive group environment. The Adult workouts are great and really geared towards issues adults have as we age and they can be modified for ANYONE and ANY fitness level. I have been attending the D1 Adult classes since November 2022. I left a cardio-heavy gym to join D1 for the more strength focused workouts and never looked back! Strength training to SO good for weight loss and overall health, especially as we age - look it up :) I have had low back issues for years, but now with integrating strength training into my workout routines and cutting back on repetitive cardio, my back has never felt better. Give D1 Henderson a try.

Liked it at first coaches are great, but I bought into a 12 class package for my son in the end of 2022 because he has a crazy busy schedule. Was never told of a time limit to use it, was even sold it as best option when I said I didn't know how often he would make it. We used a few classes then haven't gone in a couple months because of other obligations, planned on picking back up over spring break. Received an email the other day that his package would expire in 4 days. Called and Inquired why I wasn't told this and how many classes he had left to use but was told the person I reached couldn't access that information and someone would call back... Days later no call back ...6 or more classes wasted on a term I was never informed of.. Very expensive, sell group classes then tell you don't expect much unless you pay for privates.. *update never got call promised when I called or the one they claim in their response here
