Customer service received from attendant Rain was not pleasant at all. She told me my documents weren't there asked if I received a notification which I did and when I told her I did she stated I don't think you did. Then when she finally did look the documents were sitting there. Next customer a male hi what do u need she screams to him while I am still at the counter and another lady customer was behind me next in line to ask him what he needs he said to load money on a card she says nope we don't have it. He said excuse me she then says a money order nope he said no I didn't ask for that. The thing is wait until he is up to you. The second is stop telling customers no before even attempting to service them. Unacceptable

Incompetent, slow, absolutely awful. I’ve been to a lot of pharmacies in my life and have no idea how this one manages to make everything more difficult. The only reason they’re still in business is that there is very little competition in this area. Truly a disservice to everyone living in the area.

Horrible every time! Last week I went Through the drive-through and when it was my turn, they shut their window as I’m pulling up and I had to wait 10 minutes before hand to get up there. It was their lunch time, and I immediately started buzzing the ringer and no one came to the window. They don’t care about customers

Not surprising why this location has such a low review score. My goodness, we came in around 5:00 for a prescription, was told it would take an hour because they're so busy, 2 hours later we're still waiting.

Review is for flu and covid shots (two visits) with appointments just like others have mentioned, if you want to waste your time, definitely stop by here. This spot is close to my work but rather go elsewhere even if I have to drive further out. 1st time I thought it's just fluke, 2nd time... yes no more! Waited about 20-25 minutes on both visits, I can see if this was a walk-in, fine. But both visits I've booked appointments and what's the POINT of an appointment if they aren't ready for you? There's only ONE guy that can do this, and he's always SUPER BUSY because everybody else comes to him for questions, etc. It seems they have a lot of entry level staff and ONE senior guy. AVOID this location unless you don't mind waiting...

Worst CVS I've been to. Consistently busy, consistently slow. Drive thru processes cars at a rate of about 8-12 minutes a car if you are lucky. Never experienced this speed of service at any other CVS. Going to move the prescriptions to Albertsons.

If you want to wait all day for a simple rx to be filled come here. They will waste your time and move slower than molasses.

Such a nice neighborhood with one of the worst CVS staff at the front counters. You would think a neighbor with great residence would have a better place to shop. Guess I will travel a couple of miles and go to the Seven Hills CVS or to the Wall Greens

This store is terrible. The staff is awful. They lied to us and said our Dr didn't give a dose amount for our prescription and when I called the doctor office, they said that was incorrect and would call the pharmacy. The person the Dr spoke to said it was ready for pick up and they just needed updated insurance information. When I went to pick it up, the pharmacy tech said they didn't have it. Another time, they gave my medication (that was filled and I was called to pick it up) to someone else because they were there and I wasn't. So they gave me all that they had on hand, which wasn't the correct amount and now my insurance is having a hard time paying for this medication, again, because it was already recently filled. This medication keeps my cancer from coming back. An older woman with short hair told me I was confused when I told her I have double coverage and my previous pharmacy had no issues with it. She told me that's impossible and you can't have double coverage for medication. This place is an absolute joke and I can't wait to change pharmacies now that my insurance doesn't require a CVS. I've never had a pleasant experience here. I HIGHLY recommend going to Albertsons (in the same parking lot) for their pharmacy, you'll have a MUCH better experience.

I go to get a prescription filled and come back hours later to hear they never filed it. And this happens time after time. In today's incident i came back the next day and they never filed it despite saying they were going to fill it yesterday. They at just getting worse and worse. Please pick any other pharmacy besides this CVS.

What is the point of making an appointment for vaccination and when you arrive you're told they are out and not even a courtesy call.

Subject: Frustrated Experience at CVS - Promised Baby Benadryl Unavailable I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at my local CVS store in Nevada. As a parent of a six-month-old baby, I rely on accurate information and timely access to baby products, especially when it comes to their health and well-being. Unfortunately, my recent visit to CVS left me feeling not only disappointed but deeply concerned. I had checked the CVS website, which indicated that baby Benadryl was available in-store. Trusting this information, I made the trip to CVS with the expectation that I would be able to purchase this essential product for my child. To my astonishment, I discovered that the store did not have any baby Benadryl in stock. This misinformation is not merely an inconvenience; it poses a real problem for parents who may need such products urgently. Allowing parents to believe they can find a particular item and then failing to stock it is not just frustrating; it's potentially dangerous in situations where time is of the essence. As a parent who places a high priority on my child's health and safety, this experience was scathing and deeply disappointing. I urge CVS to take immediate steps to ensure that their online inventory information is accurate and that the products they advertise as available in-store are indeed in stock. Misleading parents in need is unacceptable, and it erodes trust in the brand. I hope CVS takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to prevent other parents from going through similar frustrating experiences in the future. Sincerely, Unamused Parent

I went to the 1 minute clinic and tried to sign up to get a TB test right before they closed for lunch. After trying to make an appt on your computer, one of the personnel came out and told me to come back at 3. This time not only I, but a CVS employee tried to help me log in but I never received a confirmation code. After taking 2 people ahead of me and no one waiting in line, I explained the situation and asked if they could take me now. I was told I could only come back when I had an appt. even though the CVS employee tried to explain also why that didn't happen. I followed the medical personnel out of the store so she could warm up her hands. What happened to being an understanding human being. Never going back and its the closest pharmacy!!!!!!!!!

#1 advice is to pick another CVS to deal w your meds. This pharmacy will make you think you're being pranked. Absolutely the worst all the way up the ladder. They will send you text that your meds are ready and then after a hour in line you'll be told to come back in 20 min. If you are lucky. You will definitely struggle getting med if you choose this location.
